What is an INTERVIEW?
Interviews can either be transcribed or embedded. Note that in the old version of the
course, before 2020, candidates had to write embedded interviews, not transcribed.
An embedded interview is when the interview is part of an article. The interview will be
included as direct or indirect speech.
Example: Interview with Gwendolyn Christie
A transcribed interview looks like a play script. It has the speaker’s name in the margin
and records exactly what each speaker has said.

Conventions from IB Mark Scheme: Interview
