Compare And Differences Of Military Law And Criminal Justice
Compare and Contrast Military personnel have a more restricted life because they have to abide
by two sets of laws. The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the laws that everyday
United States citizens have to follow. The military law and the criminal justice program has a lot
of similarities and differences. The military has a different court systems and they sentences are
harsher than our justice system. Even prison life is different. In this paper, I will take a look at
military law and civilian law and examine how they are similar and how they are different. To
begin, military personnel has to follow the laws under the UCMJ which are laws that everyday
civilians do not have to follow. There are some laws under the UCMJ that are similar to civilian
laws and yet there are laws completely different than what civilians are used to. People in the
military have to follow the normal civilian laws and the UCMJ. Articles 77 through 134 of the
UCMJ are known as the punitive articles. If any of these laws are violated, it can result in
punishment by court martial. For example, some laws that fall under the punitive articles are aiding
the enemies, spies, espionage, AWOL ( absent without leave), missing movement, burglary, and
many more. Many will also likely have civilian court cases as well if other local laws were broken
too such as drunk driving to murder. To continue, a court martial is a military court. The
Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Fm System
FM System
An FM System comes in a variety of forms and can include CADS, and sound field systems that
are like a PA system. They allow enhancement in sound. FM systems are an aid for everyone. They
also come in personal systems. These work with hearing aids and cochlear implants. Basically, it
becomes way easier for a person to hear the instructor when the instructor is talking over all the
background noise of the entire classroom while using a FM system. The FM system is most
commonly used to assist children with hearing loss, but it may be used in the classroom to benefit
all students, hearing or no hearing loss.
FM systems can also come in a personal form. When personal fm systems are used, this causes the

It can predict words, check passages for context, read aloud using TTS technology and recognize
split and merged words. Ghotit also has an integrated dictionary for students to look up a work
quickly. This technology consists of novel patent pending context spell checking technology that
helps people with bad spelling. Using these features, Ghotit can pick up and correct not only poorly
spelled words. This technology has a text to speech service so that a student can make sure that what
they wrote is exactly what they intended to say.
Ghotit is an advanced text editor personalized to the needs of people with dyslexia and dysgraphia.
This technology incorporates a possible way that children with dyslexia and other learning disorders
have less difficulty with writing.
An advantage of Ghotit technology is the ability to predict anticipated words more precisely and
even with no initial letters. The main disadvantage is the need of a training data set, which is
typically larger for context completion than for simpler word completion. Ghotit is not a very
complicated technology to implement into the classroom. A basic understanding of how to use the
technology would need to be communicated to teacher and parents through something similar to an
informational video explaining how the technology functions and operates. This technology could be
implemented within a week or two of introducing the strategy to teachers and parents assuming that
they have a basic understanding

Chickenpox Chickenpox is a common childhood skin disease that caused by a viral infection. The
virus that is involved is called the varicella zoster virus (www.medicinenet.com). The disease has a
worldwide distribution and is reported throughout the year in regions of temperature climate. The
peak incidence is generally during the month of March through May lifelong immunity for
chickenpoxgenerally fellow the disease. Chickenpox is highly contagious it is easily passed

doctor call first before taking the child in so that they can make arrangement for the child to be
placed in a separate waiting area. In order to help to keep the spread of chickenpox in control the
CDC recommends that children get the first shot at 12 to 15 months of age with a second shot
between the fourth and sixth year of life (www.livestrong.com).
The CDC points out that 45 to 50 U.S. states have required the vaccine for children entering school.
This is to maximize the prevention of the illness (www.livestrong.com).
In order to maximize and outbreak of chickenpox they introduce the chicken pox vaccine that you
take in one dosage to maximize the outbreak but outbreaks still occur in school setting where most
children only receive one dosage but there have been fewer outbreak since the two dosage program
was started in the United State (www.CDC.gov). Varicella (chickenpox) is a highly contagious
disease that is very uncomfortable and sometimes serious. The chickenpox vaccine is the best
protection against chickenpox. The vaccine is made from weakened varicella virus that produces an
immune response in your body that protects you against chickenpox. The chicken pox virus was
licensed for use in the United State in 1995. Since then, the vaccine has been widely used. Thanks to
the chickenpox vaccine, the

Creationism Vs Genesis History
For centuries there has been a feud that almost every scientist has been part of; the creation vs
evolution controversy. Ever since 1859, when Darwin wrote On the Origin of Species, the
argument on whether Earth was created by a higher being, or just evolved from atoms, has been
one of the most discussed topics. Of late, the evolutionary standpoint has been discussed more the
creationist standpoint. However, Is Genesis History? is a documentary that brings light to the
creationist standpoint. Is Genesis History, proves there is a higher being out there, known as God,
that actually created the earth in 6 days, and the earth is only 4,000 years old! With the Bible, we
can explain many of the proofs of evolution, on how it actually... Show more content on

Was the world created in six days? The answer to that question is yes, a most definite yes. Just take
a look at the Grand Canyon; layers of sediment are proof of how the flood brought different layers
of dirt. As you go farther down the Grand Canyon, you can see the different levels of sedimentary
rock. You can see that the different layers line up with each other, almost as if someone drew a
line and said: OK no more shales, now it is time for phosphates. Is Genesis History? explained,
that if the water was to have carved out the Grand Canyon, there would be more signs of erosion
between the different layers of sedimentary rocks, the farther you went down the Canyon.
However, that s not the case; the top layers of the Grand Canyon are actually more eroded the
bottom layer of rocks. The top layers of the Grand Canyon share the same type of sedimentary
rock as most of the top layer of North America. Sediment was carried by the flood and then that
sediment was carved by the water draining into the ocean. The Grand Canyon, one of the most
iconic natural landmarks, is a living proof that the world was created in six days.
Another interesting proof of the Great Flood, which in turn proves Genesis is telling the truth, are
fossils. There is a layer of rock that is spread all over North America, known as the Nautiloid Bed.
This layer of rock
Responsibility In An Inspector Calls
We have been studying a play called An Inspector Calls . In this play, an inspector shows up and
tell the Birling family about a girl which they had all helped commit suicide indirectly. It is set in
1912 just before WW2 but was written in 1945 and was first published in 1947. Priestly raises
issues that make the reader relate back to their actions and make them think about what they would
have done in the characters position. This helps the reader convey the theme of responsibility
effortlessly.
The main moral of the story is the way we are all part of one big community when he says, We
don t live alone. We are all part of one body. We are responsible for each other. The writer
hammers his point home by using repetition for the word We in order to ensure that everyone
from the audience knows that they are involved in one way or another. Also, the use of the phrase
responsible for each other makes the reader feel like they aren t alone in the problems they face
and are able to seek help from anyone without having to worry. This message is again really
important as it comes at a time where the world had just gone through WW1 and there wasn t ...

Priestley uses the subordinate clause Mr Birling to make it sound like it is more important which
is a trait of the inspector, as he makes things sound important because of the way he talks. Also,
the use of the phrase as well as privileges is a way of reassuring the reader of the way that Mr
Birling has privileges that maybe the audience and Inspector themselves do not

Multiculturalism In The Brady Bunch And Modern Families
What is Multiculturalism? Multiculturalism is the presence of distinct cultural or ethnic groups
within a society. Multiculturalism plays a big part in teenagers as well as adults life s. For example
the two tv shows The Brady Bunch and Modern Family have different cultural lenses and cultures
causing them to view multiculturalismas well as diversity in different perspectives.
The Brady Bunch is a show that came about in the late 60 s. The Brady Bunch is about a man
named Brady with three sons meets a woman named Carol with three children of her own. This man
and woman get married making them one big happy family, with a maid to help out. Living in a four
bedroom two bath house in the suburbs, having boy problems and sharing bathrooms. The Brady
Bunch family culture is having a maid to take care of the children. This can be a culture that the
parents received when they were younger, passing it onto their children. Another culture that The
Brady Bunch have is being close to one another. For example if one of the children are dealing
with a situation they would talk to their parent s or a sibling about it. The Brady Bunch family don
t hide their situations. They can also be labeled as close because they eat dinner together at the
table like the typical white american family. Another culture that The Brady Bunch have is having
consequences for their actions. For example in one of the episodes the oldest son did not do what
he said he was going to do so in return his parents
