Joseph Haydn Research Paper
Franz Joseph Haydn is one of the most recognizable names and characters of the Classical era. He
is recognizes as the inventor of the string quartet, and tutored many other easily recognizable
musicians such as Ludwig van Beethoven and Amadeus Wolfgang Mozart. Haydn s first experience
with music was when he was eight, and he was recruited to sing as a choirboy at St. Stephen s choir
in Vienna. He eventually came to love the keyboard and violin, and supported himself in his early
years by teaching and playing violin. His most famous pieces include: the Rider quartet and the
Surprise, Military, Drumroll and London symphonies. The listening example: Symphonyno. 94 is
known as the Surprise Symphony, and is the second of the twelve London Symphonies.... Show more

Opera Seria refers to a very serious opera, this style of opera was the predominant style in Europe,
and was typically performed for royalty and individuals of the more affluent social classes. A non
mozart example of Opera Seria is Rinaldo by George Frideric Handel

Opera Buffa refers to a genre of opera that is more comical in nature, and was written for the
lower echelon of people... i.e. peasants . Mozart authored many of these vaudevilles in order to
support himself when times were not great. Typically, Opera Buffas were light hearted and sweet
with happy endings, a polar opposite of the tone of Don Giovanni. A non Mozart example is:
Giovanni Battista Pergolesi s La serva padrona .

Singspeil refers to a type of opera in the German language, which was rare in these days. German
is a very rough language when compared to the typical language that opera was performed in:
Italian. Typically, a Singspeil was very comical in tone and nature, yet in the hands of Mozart, it
was transformed into a more serious performance. Mozart s work, The Magic Flute, is probably the
most well known singspeil. A non Mozart Singspeil composer is Johann Adam
Advocacy In Health And Social Care
Advocacy is a term that get used to defining a political process through which an individual or
group aims at influencing decisions within economic, political and social systems within an
institution. It includes a lot of activities ranging from people or organizations undertaking massive
media campaigns, publishing research, commissioning or conducting exit polls. Or the filing of an
amicus brief as well as public speaking (Daly, 2011). Also, advocacy can get defined as taking
actions with an aim of helping people say what they want, represent their interests and secure their
rights and above all to obtain services they need. As well as entering into partnerships with support

The last principle of advocacy is that of safety and risks, and it stipulates that the advocacy in
Barnet works with an aim of ensuring that no advocate indulges in risky activities while carrying
out their duties. It ensures that all the advocate get checked by the police and endorse some
references that get followed up before they get to work with the users of their services (Hesford,
2005). The fundamental purpose of advocacy is to try and bring positive changes to the health of
an individual s population. Support tends to address a variety of issues from health problems in
terms of the implementation of a national health policy. Or even via the application of public health
policy and it can get used in addressing health issues that get related to traditional practices that are
harmful. Also, at times advocacy night help meet the goals of program policies on health extension

Migration Of The U.s.
Research Paper: Migration to the U.S. Millions of people have migrated from all over the world
which results in problems and changes in families. This paper explores the immigrant experience in
America, showing how immigrants dealt with hardships, adaptation, losing one s culture and
adaptation to the loss of one s parent. When people migrate, they start adapting into a new
personality and lose their culture. For instance, when leaving an area depending on the amount of
time, you spend there you have modified something whether it an accent, or word usage, etc. Then
when moved there might be a loss of something about that place. However when moving and
adapting, they also go through many difficulties. According to Claudia Glenn Dowling (2011), the
immigrant was on a ship that took them away from their homeland leaving their cultures and part of
themselves. A man named Augustus. F. Sherman (A.F.S) took pictures of the immigrants. The
pictures have resembled immigrant future when coming to the U.S. homesickness, loss, hardship
and, eventually, assimilation (Dowling 50). The immigrant was not welcome when they arrived in
America they went through a series of difficulties there were quotas on many nationalities such as
Italians, Greeks, Slavs and Russians, and Chinese were banned outright (Dowling 52). After being
taken to Ellis Island, these new immigrants was examined, questioned, about money, relatives, origin
and trades near the statue of liberty until the U.S.
The Marathon Is A Character Driven Journey Of Self Discovery
THE MARATHON is a character driven journey of self discovery. The goal is clear and the stakes
are personal. The script offers complex characters with strong inner struggles and conflicts. The
protagonist, Leaf, is easy too root for and care about. The tone is dramatic. The script is driven by
solid themes about survival, healing, forgiveness, and second chances.

There s a lot to really like about this script and while it merits consideration, the script would still
benefit from further development.

First, the opening sets the tone and anticipation as it transitions back in time. The structure utilizes
several flashbacks and most of them work to help move the story forward vs. stopping the story. The
inciting event that lands Leaf in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There are far too many characters to track (mainly the teens). Because there are so many, none of
them are fully developed. Consider narrowing the cast.

Continue to develop the core teens. There are several subplots introduced, but none of them are fully
formed.
For example, a romance, triangle subplot is introduced between Leaf, Miranda, and Andrew, yet it
never feels entirely developed or resolved. Thus, explore more of the character of Miranda and her
budding relationship with Leaf. There s a lot more room for tension in this subplot. Create a stronger
relationship arc between Miranda and Leaf. This would be something that pulls them apart.

Elevate Andrew s jealousy to add more solid conflict. Push this story to the edge, even perhaps add
the all is lost moment when they send Leaf back to Juvenile Hall (for fighting with Andrew), and
then show how he s able to find his way back into the program.

The Jason subplot currently doesn t have a strong emotionally impact on the audience. The idea is
smart to show that it s challenging to survive outside the program and that some will fail, but the
audience needs to know Jason better and they need to emotionally identify with him and root for
him. As structured now, the audience doesn t feel as if they truly get to know Jason and his
struggles. Create a stronger bond between Leaf and Jason. Focus more on the relationship between
the teens, as well as Leaf s relationship

Case Hardening Methods

Case hardening crucial for steel components that are subjected to severe or continuous impacts, high
temperatures and high pressures. It is a heat treatment process that produces the required attributes of
a hard, wear and fatigue resistant surface layer whilst maintaining a tough, durable core that allows
for high stress situations. These properties are achieved by altering the chemical, metallurgical and
physical properties of the components exterior without affecting its more ductile interior. For gears,
case hardening is required to prevent pitting and deformation of the gears teeth under cyclic stresses.
This method is preferred to through hardening, which is the uniform hardening of the entire
component, as hardened metal is relatively less ductile and although strong, would not offer the
same degree of toughness desired at its core.

There are several different case hardening techniques used in the manufacturing industry. The
different methods determine which physical properties, (such as surface hardness, strength, ductility,
case depth and wear resistance) the component gets. This can be done by altering temperatures, heat
source, time period, and quench media.

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Downlink Multiplexing
Downlink Multiplexing The multiplexing chain in the downlink is largely comparable to that in the
uplink however there are also certain functions that are done in a different way. As like in the uplink,
the interleaving is executed in two components, covering both intra frame and inter frame
interleaving. In addition, the rate matching permits one to stabilise the necessary channel symbol
energy for various service qualities. The services can be mapped to more than one code additionally,
which is essential when the single code capability in either the terminal or base station is surpassed.
Downlink Shared Channel Transmitting data with elevated peak rate and small activity cycle in the
downlink rapidly causes the channelisation codes under a solitary scrambling code to start to come
to an end. In order to circumvent this complication, fundamentally two alternatives exist: exercise of
either supplementary scrambling codes. The supplementary scrambling code approach loses the
benefit of the transmissions being orthogonal from a single source, and consequently should be
avoided. Using a shared channel resource maintains this benefit and in the mean time lessens the

When a new call with data rate 4R enters, code from the third layer is essential. The code tree is
not capable of offering code for the new call, since both the codes equivalent to 4R capacity are
obstructed. Accordingly, this is a condition where a new call capacity to manage it. This is known as

Digital Estate Research Paper
Unlike 20 years ago, a large portion of an average person s life is done online. If you re like most
people, you have an accumulation of digital assets, which can include everything from photos,
videos to checking accounts.

If you fail to leave your loved ones a complete documentation of your digital possessions, they can
be lost in cyberspace. If you re worried about your digital assets after you re gone, here are some
guidelines for ensuring they continue.

What s Included in a Digital Estate

A digital estate entails all your accounts that are accessed through a computer. This typically
includes:
All email accounts This includes incoming, sent and stored email messages from all computers,
laptops, Ipads, cell phones and other internet devices.
Social media accounts such as Twitter, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It s tempting to select a close relative or friend to hand over your personal data once you re gone.
However, if you do this, just be sure he or she is qualified to handle the technical facets of all types
of digital assets.

One of the most qualities to look for when choosing a digital executor director is someone who s
detail oriented and exceptionally organized. Your digital executor should be highly tech savvy and
not afraid to use the internet.

He or she should also be dedicated to carrying out all your wishes, as well as be a patient person
because dealing with various internet companies can entail a considerable amount of time. Also, a
digital executor should be able to communicate and work well with other people.

Considerations and Warnings

Even if you leave behind all your passwords for your internet accounts, most heirs will still be
frustrated because they can still lack the power or authority for managing your online accounts once

William Penn And The Liberty Bell Reflection
For the pin that you see above, was made using the program Adobe Photoshop CC (creative
cloud). I came up with my inspiration for the pin from my childhood memories. I remember
clearly, when I was just a toddler; my parents would always take me to see the Liberty Bell. And I
loved the experience! So when I stumbled along the chance to create a pin that would proudly
represent Pennsylvania, I used it. I first went onto Google, and went to find an image or a symbol
just something that would represent Pennsylvania that everyone recognized. I was stuck choosing
between William Penn, or the Liberty Bell. After much thought and consideration, I chose the
Liberty Bell. Next, I went to find an image of the Liberty Bell. Alas, I found two images of
Mark Antony Vote For Loyalty
I am happy to be here today. Mark Antony should be the ruler of Rome because he is loyal. Mark
Antony is not a traitor. He has been loyal to caesar even after his death and he can be loyal to you
as well if you remain loyal to him for loyalty is everything. He will make sure that the unequal
treatment between the rich and the poor no longer exists in this country (pathos) .When Mark Antony
makes a decision he never changes his mind and that is one of the qualities of a good leader.

Why oh why would you even consider voting for Brutus? There s one thing that all rulers should
have in common, and that is being loyal and trustworthy. You absolutely cannot trust Brutus because
Brutus is nothing but a brute (metaphor) who killed his best friend.
Biochemical Pathways of Heavy Metal Poisoning
Biochemical Pathways of Heavy Metals Poisoning
BIO101 (Principles of Biology)
6 July 2012

Abstract
The biochemical pathways of heavy metal poisoning are routes by which the metals pass in the body
as they impair and destroy normal cellular and organ activity. The most common types of heavy
metal poisoning are caused by lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. They are also the most
extensively studied at the moment. Lead poisoning occurs mainly by the inhibitory effect that the
metal imposes on enzymes and subsequent distortion of essential biochemical pathways. The metal
disrupts calcium metabolism and subsequently causes neurotoxicity. It also inhibits the reduction of
glutathionine in a biochemical process meant to produce antioxidants. ... Show more content on

Biochemical Pathways of Lead Poisoning
Disruption of Calcium Metabolism and Neurotoxicity
Lead can activate calmodulin and displace calcium. Therefore, lead can interfere with calmodulin
found on the surface of synaptic vesicles hence affecting protein phosphorylation and consequently
impairing neurological behavior. This interferes with the roles of calcium in: * Releasing
neurotransmitters, * Regulating certain enzymes that limit the rate at which neurotransmitters are
synthesized, * The packaging of transmitters within vesicles of presynaptic compartments *
Regulation of hormone dependent cyclases
Enzyme Inhibition in Glutathionine Metabolism Pathway
Lead can be bound to the sulfhydryl groups found on some enzymes.
Normal and functional glutathionine derives its antioxidant properties from the thiol group that
occurs in the cystein within it. This group can be readily reduced or oxidized.
Lead (like arsenic and mercury) interferes with glutathionine metabolism by binding to its sulfhydryl
complex of the key enzyme involved in this biochemical pathway.
