Brushing Your Hair Too Much
Hair is more fragile than most people realize. Even though your hair grows 1/4 inch per month,
you may not notice this growth if your hair is constantly breaking off. There are a number of ways
that you may be damaging your hair. Below is a list of some of the most damaging things that you
can do to your hair:

Brushing Your Hair Too Much

You may have heard that brushing your hair constantly is one of the keys to helping it grow faster.
However, excessive brushing is actually bad for your hair. It can cause hair breakage. You may also
be pulling out some of your hair when you brush. You should brush your hair enough to untangle it.

Strategic Marketing A successful strategic marketing process must be thoroughly developed prior to
implementation. A strategic marketing plan according to Vega Rojas (2010) is to assign and to
coordinate effectively the marketing activities and resources in order to achieve the company s goals
or strategic mission (p. 3). The strategic plan must include target goals consistent with the company s
mission statement, a plan for implementation, and a process for controlling and correcting
deviations. Target goals are met by identifying marketing segmentation, which is targeting a specific
market for a particular service or line ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Once the specific marketing tools are identified and the target audience is set the marketing
department can implement the plan. Where and to whom the company message should reach is
outlined in the plan. Whether though print media, television advertising, or social media, the
message must remain consistent with the mission of the company. Both long term and short term
strategies should be rolled out by utilizing a marketing timeline set for maximum effectiveness.
Controlling
Marketing control refers to the systematic process of regulating organization activities to meet the
expectations established in the mission, plans, and targets of the strategic plan (Sliziene Vaitkenen,
2003). Companies should utilize decentralized control because people work best when they are fully
committed to the organization (Daft, 2009 p. 549). Accurate information is required so corrective
action can by taken for any deviations from the targets, measures and outcome. Leaders must
regulate the organization s activities to ensure their plans match the set target. These targets include
quality standards, which are essential for customer satisfaction and loyalty (Sliziene Vaitkenen,
2003). The realizations of marketing control require not only control, but also auditing and
monitoring the competition in marketing and evaluate management processes and their possibilities
(Sliziene Vaitkenen, 2003).

Pros And Cons Of Refugees
Modern society is inflicted with mix opinions of refugees and asylum seekers due to a number of
reasons concerning national security and significant impact of social media. Moreover, the Australia
s federal government have implemented detention centers either on the outskirts of Australia or on
islands just off shore. As refugees and asylum seekers continue to leave their countries due to
conflict, natural disasters or war, shelter and food is required, therefore fleeing to the safe havens of
Australia. However, this sparks the question is the treatment Australia provide to the illegal refugees
ethical? and how well do they treat the refugees in comparison to other countries such as the United
States and France.
Since 1945, Australia have accepted and resettled over 800,000 refugees, illegal and legal
immigrants are often asked about and their status in society, they are known as unlawful non citizens
(Service, 2017). This term is used when an individual enters Australia from abroad, without a valid
visa or is seeking refuge from their current country due to certain circumstances. Furthermore, certain
criteria s involving various international treaties, obligates the Australian Government to ensure the
asylum seekers and refugees human rights are respected and detained (Communism, 2015).
Furthermore, various reasons arise, upon the question of why refugees enter the country without
obtaining a visa. This is due to a limitation of time in organising travel documents and
Asos Is A Global Online Fashion Destination
Introduction
ASOS is a global online fashion destination based in the U.K. The company has in recent years made
a name for itself through its cutting edge fast fashion, and this has been instrumental in making it a
hub as far as the thriving fashion community is concerned. Through its variety of fashion related
content, the company sells over 75,000 own brand and branded products through both web and
localized experiences. The deliveries are done from the U.K to various destinations globally. ASOS
has successfully tailored the mix of local, own label and global brands which are traded through the

This situation has dramatically been transformed by ASOS through its innovative technological
advancements (Kohtamäki, 2016, 45). The company provides potential clients with comparative and
detailed information about the different models. Further, this facilitates a reverse market whereby
buyers have the option of putting their purchase up for bid. This substantially accelerates and
simplifies the buying process. It also greatly reduces the bargaining costs. A business model is
instrumental in the operations of ASOS because it has the capacity to unlock hidden value through
improving transactional efficiencies. This is because it enables reduced search costs, reduced
inventory costs, as well as reduced distribution costs.
Another way in which ASOS creates value is through complementarities. Organizations have always
known the possibility of leveraging value creation when they bundle their products with other
suppliers complementary products. Bundling complementary products over the internet has proven
crucial for companies like ASOS. This is so because it has enabled the company to build online
virtual communities through the numerous online platforms that the company has a presence in. for
instance, ASOS enables its users to exchange ideas on the latest trends, and hen their desired

Gardening And The Life Cycle Of A Plant
I did my project with Taylor McNeil and we decided to focus our world on gardening. When we
were assigned this project, we brainstormed some different ideas that our world could revolve
around. The first idea that we had was the season of Fall. We thought that it would be a great idea
to revolve our world around fall because it was the season that we are currently in but then we
decided to do something different. Some of our other ideas included birthdays, recycling, and
gardens. We then narrowed it down between two choices, gardening and recycling. Both of us are
passionate about our environment and so these topics were extremely intriguing. We then decided
that we were the most interested in gardening and selected it to be our world. Gardening is a pretty
broad topic so we focussed more on the reason behind gardening and the life cycle of a plant. When
looking at all the Common Core Standards there were many standards that could be incorporated into
a lesson about gardening, so many that we chose six of them. The first one we chose was
CCSS.ELA LITERACY.RL.2.1. In this standard, students would ask and answer questions
demonstrating that they understand the text. A way to incorporate this into a classroom would be to
ask students questions, about gardening and plants, before you read aloud a book about gardens to
them. Instead of having the students answer the questions right away, have them think about these
questions while you read aloud the book. After you finish reading

Circuit Analysis Using Kirchoff s Voltage Law, Kirchoff s...
Have you ever wondered how or what makes an electric circuit function? A fact that many people
don t realize is that almost every electric circuit can be analyzed with three very important laws.
Those laws are Kirchoff s Current Law, Kirchoff s Voltage Law, and Ohm s Law. With some
practice and the above stated laws in your tool bag, you can feel assured that you too can analyze
electric circuits with the best of them. However, before we get into the nitty gritty of defining and
using these laws, I recommend that you first connect to the links that offer a little historical
information about the two men that defined these fundamental laws for electric circuit analysis.
Gustav Robert Kirchoff was a German physicist born on March 12,... Show more content on

Using equipment of his own creation, Ohm determined that the current that flows through a wire
is proportional to its cross sectional area and inversely proportional to its length. Using the results
of his experiments, Georg Simon Ohm was able to define the fundamental relationship between
voltage, current, and resistance. These fundamental relationships are of such great importance,
that they represent the true beginning of electrical circuit analysis. Unfortunately, when Ohm
published his finding in 1827, his ideas were dismissed by his colleagues. Ohm was forced to
resign from his high school teaching position and he lived in poverty and shame. However, his
research efforts gained allot of support outside of Germany. In 1849, Georg Simon Ohm was
finally recognized for his efforts by being appointed as a professor at the University of Munich.
First Kirchoff s Current Law. Kirchoff s Current law can be stated in words as the sum of all
currents flowing into a node is zero. Or conversely, the sum of all currents leaving a node must be
zero. As the image below demonstrates, the sum of currents Ib, Ic, and Id, must equal the total
current in Ia. Current flows through wires much like water flows through pipes. If you have a
definite amount of water entering a closed pipe system, the amount of water that enters the system
must equal the amount of water that exists the system. The number of branching pipes does not

The Show I Love Lucy Essay
We are all here for a spell, get all the good laughs you can. Will Rogers

Television s rise in popularity throughout the fifties saw the emergence of the situation comedy, a
style that captivated audiences by presenting a story with a beginning, a middle, and a happy end.
One of the most popular of these shows, I Love Lucy, continues to appeal to both young and old
some forty years later and counting. For most people, the answer to how I Love Lucy continually
and effectively draws viewers to the screen is that It s funny. There is more to this funny show than
meets the eye.

For television viewers of the fifties, Lucy and Ricky could have been familiar neighbors from down
the street. People could relate to this young couple, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It was fate and a bit of luck that cast William Frawley and Vivian Vance in the colorful supporting
roles of Fred and Ethel Mertz. After they were cast, it was discovered that both had musical and
dancing talent from vaudeville, which opened doors in script writing to incorporate these talents.
The four co stars had an innate ability to evoke laughter; behind the set a bulletin board listed the
names of cast and crew with a series of gold stars next to each name. These represented the number
of times funny, off camera ad libs were made (William Frawley always won.)

On Monday, October 15, 1951, I Love Lucy made its debut on the CBS television network, which
then consisted of a few big stations and seventy four local affiliates. There was solid competition
on NBC in the same 9 p.m. time slot from Lights Out a top ten television version of the original
radio classic. Lucy, so the critics predicted, didn t stand a chance. (Andrews, 64.) The first episode
to air, preceded by the first of many Philip Morris cigarette commercials, was titled The Girls Want
to Go to a Nightclub:

It s the Mertzes eighteenth wedding anniversary, and Ethel wants to celebrate by going to the
Copacabana, while Fred itches to attend the fights. An arguments ensues, culminating with Ethel and
Lucy informing Fred and Ricky that they ll go nightclubbing without them with dates! Admitting to
themselves that perhaps they were

Meaning Of Psalm 139
SIM #7 Psalm 139 Genre: The genre of Psalm 139 is Hebrew poetry, simply because the psalms
were written in Hebrew and are a collection of poems and laments. The first principle of
interoperation is that the psalms blend experience, emotion, and theology. This should be taken into
account while reading the poem in order that the reader does not simply skip over the theology by
only focusing on experience and emotion. The second interoperation principle is that each psalm
should be read as a whole. Verses of psalmsshould not be taken out of context, in doing this the
reader may distort the meaning of the psalm. Another interpretation principle to take into
consideration is the different genres of psalms such as: laments, thanksgiving, hymns of praise,
wisdom, and songs of trust. With that being said, Psalm 139 not only falls under the Hebrew poetry
genre, but is also classified as a psalm of trust. Lastly, the fourth interpretation principle is that
parallelisms are used. In other words, ideas correlate in many different ways such as: synonymously,
antithesis, intensifying, specifying, and synthetically.
Grammatical/Literacy: Why does David specify that God will hold him with his right hand? What is
the depths and does this refer to hell?
Historical/Cultural: Are concerning and precious interchangeable in Hebrew (During this time
period)?
Does written in your (God s) book refer to the Old Testament that has been previously written, such
as the Mosaic Covenant?
