Information Is Based On Age And Gender
Information/Measurement My information is based on Age and Gender. Most of my mathematical
data will use (years) as its units. However for standard deviation and the Chi Squared test the
expected values will be reduced to 3 significant figures. As for the P values and the Critical values
will be given in exact numbers. Mathematical Process As described in my introduction, I have found
the mean, median, mode, and range of both genders. I got this data table from (http:/
/www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0005061.html). This link leads to a table from the U.S Bureau of the
Census. The table is displaying the median age at first marriage between the years of 1890 2010.
The median of both genders were found in the 14th spot in the data table. The mode was observed in
both genders. Also observed was that the most occurring ages for both male and female happened in
the same 10 year time span. The process of finding the mean was shown below. Table 1: Raw Data

Research Paper On Fetus
In the video titled Fetus at 12 weeks, in which I observed, it is really hard to tell how big the fetus
is but it is the size of a plum. Which is only a few inches long. The fetus has only begun to use
reflexes really well. The fetus is actively squirming in the beginning. Though the mother will unlikely
feel the fetusmove at this time for at least a few more weeks. The fetus is moving well developed
arms and legs which mimics a child running outside the womb and putting hands and fingers to his
/her face. We note that fetal activity is an early sign of milestones to come. These milestones are
important in normal development.

The fetus may develop at a different rate and different skills than another fetus, it is important that
they reach certain milestones. If the fetus is advancing at a normal schedule we can come to the
conclusion that the fetus is healthy and will not have difficulties. For instance, fetus can suck their
thumb in the womb. This is important for the fetus once he/she is born to receive nourishment. The
child will eventually be able to chew and swallow close to the end of the year of the child s first year
out of the womb. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When a child is born we see that parents often swaddle their babies and they are most content. In my
experience with my own children this was true. I felt that they were comforted and being swaddled
mimicked them being in the womb being surrounded by
Analysis Of A Bad Moms Christmas
Was A Bad Moms Christmas a Success? In the original Bad Moms there are three moms who are
tired of having to be the perfect mom , so they start doing things that are fun to them such as going
out to the bars, partying, and dating again. In A Bads Moms Christmas it shows the same moms who
like to go out and party, but this time hosting Christmaswhile their moms come home. This movie
being the second in the sequel demonstrates bright colors, uses goodcamera techniques as well as
hinting towards the original BadMoms. Having these three aspects in the movie is important
because it hints towards what the movie is going to be about, as well as getting the viewers even
more interested on what they will watch. A Bad Moms Christmas successfully keeps their
viewers interested throughout the trailer with the use of having bright colors, long and short
camera angles, as well as relating this movie to the original movie. The trailer for A Bad Moms
Christmas is effective in giving an exciting preview into what to expect from the movie. In figure 1
it shows the trailer using bright colors of the Christmas trees, lights, and all of the Christmas
decorations add to the excitement of the trailer as well as being able to understand the theme.
Seeing these colors keep the audience interested as well as get the Christmas feel. Putting all of
these bright lights was effective for the director to do because it can add to the understanding of the
movie. Keeping the theme in mind is
The Opening of Baz Lurhmann s Film Adaptation of Romeo and...
The Opening of Baz Lurhmann s Film Adaptation of Romeo and Juliet In 1997, Baz Lurhmann
adapted a modern stylish version of Romeo and Juliet which was originally made in the 16th century.
Using certain techniques, Baz Lurhmann has made this modified version thrilling and unforgettable.
Throughout this essay I will analyse the different techniques Baz Lurhman has used to make this
film adaptation effective. Set in Los Angeles, there are two rivals, the Montague s and the
Capulates. Being the most powerful and well known enemies in Los Angeles they create war and
dispute. The scene is set in Los Angeles, in a small suburb. The town itself is modern and stylish.
Lurhman uses Mis en scene to... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The director has used this shot to create suspense and tension. By focussing on the sign it gives
emphasis and meaning. This immediately gets the audience thinking and creates deep effect
because the audience is getting into the film and makes them think and feel tension. In contrast
Lurhmann uses a low angle shot to great effect. He is focussing on the helicopter in the air, the
effect this has shows the audience that the prince; someone important is arriving therefore its as
if we look up to him, however this can make the audience feel small and vulnerable. The next
technique I will be focussing on is editing and shot transitions. In the first scene we see the
introduction on Romeo and Juliet with voices talking and background music. Then a wipe out edit
is used to introduce the Montague boys who are in their car. The effect this has is that it reduces
tension; because during the introduction it was building up by continuous flicking shots, which
created a sense of tension, then it all stops and focuses on the Capulate boys which then reduces
the tension. As a result it also introduces comedy and creates a slightly more calm effect. Another
type of edit Lurhmann uses is a freeze frame. This is used on several occasions, one of them being
as the camera focuses on Capulates heel and slowly moves up the body, where the freeze frame is
focussed on Capulates face. This
Internship Reflection Essay
My Reflection: I have been very lucky to complete an internship with Wayne County Bank this
summer. It was a rewarding experience and I have gained valuable knowledge that will be
beneficial to me as I continue to pursue my career in Finance. Growing up in a small town with a
bank that truly serves our community is inspiring. As a high school student, I volunteered to help
WCB in any way needed at the Relay for Life or any other activity they hosted. The work day in the
Bookkeepingdepartment begins at 8 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. except on Fridays when we close an
hour later for customer convenience. First thing in the morning we sort the internal reports that print
before we arrive and give them to the employee that will use the... Show more content on

These returns are put with a copy of the original item and sent to the mailing address we have on
the customer file. They will then be processed with all the other mail to go to the Post Office at the
end of the day. Some of our business customers have requested that they receive a fax of the return as
soon as it is processed so that they may take the appropriate actions on their end. The biggest part of
my job was answering all the customer phone calls. At any point in the day, a customer might call to
ask about their account. I answer the phone and assist the customer with anything they need.
Customers usually want to know their current balance or if a check has entered their account yet, but
sometimes they want to know about the last few transactions so I go over those and give them the
information they are requesting. Many of the same customers call frequently so I began recognizing
their voices and they started referring to me as the man in bookkeeping since the other Bookkeeping
employees are women. Personally, I think that knowing the customers and their needs helps to
maintain the home town banking that WCB is well known for around our community and the
surrounding areas. I enjoy speaking with and assisting our customers, many of them I see and know
personally around the town. It is nice to establish these connections
Gender Bias In Sports
In society, we see that women and minorities are negatively biased. For women, people are biased
against them because people think that women cannot do a job that is considered a man`s job, or
they aren`t strong enough to do specific tasks. Women are judged when they are playing sports
like soccer because reporters would ask them how is it like playing with other girls? It s as their
almost saying, Are you ok with girls that might be lesbian? There is also a bias for minorities as well
because of there is a society filled with the same raceor gender, and then people from all over the
world start to accumulate, some people might fear that their jobs are at stake because the minority
are trying to assimilate to society and are trying to find jobs that are worthy for them to succeed in.
Even though for minorities, you see them areas of work, they are starting to expand their horizon
and make a name for themselves not just limited to specific jobs. Letting this go entirely probably
won`t happen but if society learns to corporate with different cultures and backgrounds, they are
small steps to be made but society has to start somewhere.
The idea that I will be focusing on is sports and how the industry has the power to dictate who will
likely win in the sport based on the culture of the specific game. Even though sports have come a
long way from how it was observed in the past, the players who are in a higher class than other
players usually have the upper hand and win.
Correlation between Violent Video Game Playing and Violent...
In 2005, Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a law into effect for the state of California that would
prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from playing Mature (M) rated violent video games. If there
were any violators of this law, a hefty fine of $1,000 would have been issued. However on July 23rd,
2011, the Supreme Court did not have enough evidence and revoked this law claiming that it is
unconstitutional and violates the 1st amendment (Mears). Even though video gamemakers scored a
huge victory, the problem still exists. Research confirms that children are spending an increasing
amount of time playing top rated violent video games. On average, boys are playing 13 hours a
night, while girls are playing only 5 hours a night ( Children and Videos ). In comparison, 97% of
children between the ages of 12 and 17 reported playing video games, while 2/3 of them played
video games that contained violent content ( Violent ). As the number of children playing video
games continues to increase, the amount of violenceseen in the real world is increasing as well. The
horrific acts of violence (killings, intense violence, strong language, and sexual context) that are
situated in these games are becoming more common in the real world because children are imitating
these fierce actions. Moreover, violent video games are influencing violence among children by
influencing aggressive behavior, lowering the amount of time spent towards education, and
incorporating dangerous content into these video
