SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR RETENTION AND RE-APPROVAL OF THESIS TOPIC FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR

Dear BSID Thesis Council,

Good morning, My name is Ronny A. Amor, a third-year Interior Design student, and I am writing to formally request permission to retain
my thesis topic, “Revitalizing Educational Landscape: A Comprehensive Approach to Renovating Integrated School of Science at Cogon Tapilon
Daanbantayan Cebu for enhanced Learning Environments,” for the next academic year.

Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with my thesis defense due to not meeting the requirements for IN3240 and IN3213. I am currently
enrolled in IN3240 and IN3213 this semester and plan to fulfill the required summer Internship Program and the INCEX requirements for the
thesis defense.

Given my commitment to completing my research and design project, I would like to request approval to retain my thesis topic. I believe
this study remains relevant and feasible for academic research and design application. I fully understand and respect the academic standards
upheld by the university, and I assure you that I will comply with all necessary guidelines and requirements to successfully complete my thesis.

I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration of my request. I remain hopeful for a favorable response and will be grateful for the
opportunity to continue my research. Please let me know if any additional steps are required for the approval process.

Thank you very much, and I look forward to your guidance.

Sincerely,

Ronny A. Amor
