1、GJT 系列金属探测仪工作原理
1. Working principle of GJT series metal detector
在电路设计中应用了最新金属检测技术——数字移相及数字化检测技术，高灵敏度
设计，将 230V 交流电转换成直流电源，通过数字电路将高频电流供给传感器，形成高频
磁场。当有金属通过传感器时，金属中产生涡流，通过放大电路将被放大的输出信号送
回控制回路，产生控制信号，控制驱动电路输出，使本机报警指示输出、外界输出动
作，从而达到利用金属进入传感器电磁场范围时所产生的微弱变化信号，通过工控数字
电路对之进行分析处理并驱动执行机构动作，从而排出危害金属。检测灵敏度最高可达
φ20mm 铁、铝球，并且灵敏度调试简单方便，最高灵敏度会随传感器的不同而有所改
变。

GJT 系列金属探测仪工控数字电路板安装在单独的数控箱内。数控箱为户外型双重防
水防尘、耐腐蚀的不锈钢喷塑结构。符合 IP54 标准,对于不同规格的传感器，所配套的数
控箱结构、外形及安装尺寸、调整、使用方法基本相同。

六、金属探测仪的安装 Installation of metal detector
1、数控箱安装 Installation of numerical control box
数控箱的安装有两种方式，现场安装和室内远程安装。
There are two ways to install the numerical control box, on-site installation and indoor
remote installation.
远传方式安装时,数控箱的远传距离标准是 5 米，电缆在出厂时已经做好。若用户有
特殊要求，请在定货时声明。
When the remote transmission mode is installed, the remote transmission distance standard
of the CNC box is 5 meters, and the cable has been completed when leaving the factory. If users

将数控箱底脚用螺栓牢固地固定在支架或墙上。要尽可能地避开振动、高温等场
所，在露天安装时请在数控箱上方安装风雨罩。
Fix the bottom foot of the NC box firmly on the bracket or wall with bolts. Avoid vibration,
high temperature and other places as much as possible. When installing in the open air, install a
weather shield above the CNC box.
2、传感器的安装 Installation of sensors
安装位置与注意事项:
Installation position and precautions:
1）传感器的底脚安装尺寸是按照 GB.TD－75 型胶带输送机架给定的尺寸，开孔直径
为 16mm,用 14 螺栓固定。
1) The installation dimensions of the sensor feet are given by the GB.TD-75 type belt
conveyor frame. The hole diameter is 16mm and it is fixed with 14 bolts.
2）传感器的安装环境内应无大的金属构件移动，并尽量避开强电磁场的干扰，特别
是对讲机.电焊机和大型机电设备等。
2) There should be no large metal components moving in the installation environment of the
sensor, and the interference of strong electromagnetic field should be avoided as far as possible,
especially walkie talkie, electric welding machine and large electromechanical equipment.
3）金属探测仪应安装在两条托辊的正中间,与托辊之间的距离不得小于 70cm.若托辊
间的距离达不到要求.转动的托辊会对金属探测仪造成不稳定的影响。
3) The metal detector shall be installed in the middle of two idlers, and the distance between
the two idlers shall not be less than 70cm. If the distance between the idlers fails to meet the
requirements, the rotating idlers will cause instability to the metal detector.
4）皮带机的震动会对传感器的寿命和系统的稳定性有很大的影响,强烈建议在金属探
测仪安装时单独做支架固定。
4) The vibration of the belt conveyor will have a great impact on the life of the sensor and
the stability of the system. It is strongly recommended that the metal detector be installed with a
separate bracket.
5）安装时,传感器的底部与皮带底部不能有任何的接触,最佳距离是在皮带有物料时,
皮带底部与传感器底部的距离为 2～3cm 为宜。

5) During installation, the bottom of the sensor shall not contact the bottom of the belt in
any way. The best distance is 2~3cm when there are materials on the belt.
6）如果探测仪与带式除铁器或盘式除铁器配合使用，传感器与除铁器的距离应大于
2 米，特殊情况，距离较近时，应根据现场条件来确定安装方法。
6) If the detector is used together with the belt type iron remover or the disk type iron
remover, the distance between the sensor and the iron remover should be more than 2 meters. In
special cases, if the distance is relatively close, the installation method should be determined
according to the site conditions.
7）安装完成后，应检查各部位的螺丝是否拧紧，否则在震动时容易产生误动作。
7) After installation, check whether the screws of each part are tightened, otherwise, it is
easy to cause misoperation during vibration.
8）拆卸后重装时，各部分连接务必牢靠，不可有接触不良的现象，否则会使检测不
正常。

3、接线 connection
传感器到数控箱的连接电缆应使用公司配备的电缆。而电源、外界控制设备连接的
接线，用户须根据各自的控制需要连接，以获取金属探测仪的外接输出信号来进行各种
外设控制。
The connecting cable from the sensor to the CNC box shall be the cable provided by the
company. For the connection of power supply and external control equipment, users must
connect according to their own control needs to obtain the external output signal of the metal
detector to control various peripherals.
1）电源的连接: Power connection:
①金属探测仪的工作电源为交流 230V.电源应尽可能使用仪表专用电源,力求电源要稳
定,不要与大型用电设备或电焊机共用一个电源,电源连接线应可靠地压在接线板上。

金属探测仪在检测到金属时.会有一个常开或一个常闭点控制外部设备或向中控室提
供信号.数控箱内的接线板(J1)的 6,7 为常闭接点,7,8 为常开接点。

七、使用及调试方法 Usage and debugging methods
金属探测仪安装完毕后，为保证仪器正常运行，要根据实际使用情况和要求进行调
整。
After the metal detector is installed, in order to ensure the normal operation of the
instrument, it should be adjusted according to the actual use and requirements.
1、开机前的准备 Preparation before startup
1）确认金属探测仪各部分接线正确无误，检查传感器螺丝是否牢固拧紧，各紧固件
有无松动现象，电源、电压是否正确。
1) Confirm that the wiring of all parts of the metal detector is correct, check whether the
sensor screws are firmly tightened, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether the power
supply and voltage are correct.
2）为确保设备和人身的安全，最好在输送机停机的情况下进行调试。

3）在电源端子上确认外部供给金属探测仪的工作电源，电压为 AC230±10％、
50HZ/60HZ。
3) Confirm the external working power supply of the metal detector on the power terminal,
the voltage is AC230 ± 10%, 50HZ/60HZ.
2、调试调整 Commissioning adjustment
1）接通电源开关，观察面板上的电源指示灯是否亮，否则说明电源接线不正确或电
源板存在问题。
1) Turn on the power switch, and observe whether the power indicator on the panel is on,
otherwise it indicates that the power wiring is incorrect or there is a problem with the power
board.
2）在调节系统灵敏度以前，务必在通电 1 分钟后进行，因为仪器有 1 分钟的预热
期。
2) Before adjusting the sensitivity of the system, it must be carried out 1 minute after power
on, because the instrument has a warm-up period of 1 minute.
3、探测灵敏度调节 Detection sensitivity adjustment
探测灵敏度调节就是以工艺与设备保护的需要为依据，同时要兼顾皮带系统的运
行，调整探测灵敏度，使不符合工艺与设备保护要求的物料中的金属分拣出来。探测
灵敏度并不是越高越好，在满足工艺与设备保护要求的前提下，适当的探测灵敏度可
以减少不必要的皮带系统运行停止或除铁设备的频繁动作。
The adjustment of detection sensitivity is based on the needs of process and equipment
protection, while taking into account the operation of the belt system, to adjust the detection
sensitivity so that metals in materials that do not meet the requirements of process and
equipment protection can be sorted out. The higher the detection sensitivity is, the better it is.
On the premise of meeting the requirements of process and equipment protection, appropriate
detection sensitivity can reduce unnecessary belt system stop or frequent action of iron
removal equipment.
系矿种与带速电位器在出厂时已经调到最佳位置,统灵敏度的调节可以通过旋转线路
板上的灵敏度调节电位器进行，顺时针旋转可以提高系统的灵敏度，反之降低。

sensitivity, and vice versa.
注意：此项目调试时若运输皮带处于运转中，投入试块时就应注意安全。

八、常见故障处理 Common fault handling
根据本公司多年生产经验及金属探测仪的现场使用的实际情况，针对金属探测仪易 发
生故障现象及处理方法做以下说明:
According to the company's years of production experience and the actual situation of the
metal detector's on-site use, the following description is made for the metal detector's fault prone
phenomenon and handling methods:
1、金属探测仪不报警 Metal detector does not alarm
1）电源故障 Power failure
金属探测仪有电源指示灯指示，若电源指示灯不亮，则有可能现场电源故障或电源
板损坏，应检查接线或线路板电源部分。
The metal detector is indicated by the power indicator. If the power indicator is not lit, it is
possible that the on-site power failure or power board damage may occur. Check the wiring or
the power supply part of the circuit board.
2）传感器与控制箱之间的连线接触不好.应检查传感器与控制箱之间的连接线。
2) The connection between the sensor and the control box is not in good contact. Check the
connection between the sensor and the control box.
2、信号指示误报 False alarm of signal indication
若仪器经常发生误动作。If the instrument frequently malfunctions. 1）首先应检查系统
灵敏度是否调节的过高引起的。金属探测仪的灵敏度不是越高越
好,灵敏度越高,误动作越容易发生,在满足工艺与设备保护要求的前提下,适当调节
探测灵敏度可以减少不必要的频繁停机和除铁器的动作。

unnecessary frequent shutdown and the action of the iron separator. 2）其次检查电源是否
稳定，金属探测仪的电源是否和一些大型的用电设备共用一个
电源，这样有可能在大型设备起动或不稳定时同时也造成金属探测仪的不稳定性。
2) Secondly, check whether the power supply is stable, and whether the power supply of the
metal detector shares a power supply with some large electrical equipment, which may cause
instability of the metal detector when the large equipment starts or is unstable.
3）传感器各部分是否连接紧固或信号连线是否紧固，连接不牢固会造成接收磁场的
不稳定，从而使仪器发生误动作。
3) Whether all parts of the sensor are connected firmly or whether the signal wiring is
fastened. If the connection is not firm, the receiving magnetic field will be unstable, thus causing
the instrument to malfunction.
4）仪器的周围是否有电焊机在使用，电焊机的地线是否搭在传感器的附近。
4) Whether there is an electric welding machine in use around the instrument, and whether
the ground wire of the electric welding machine is laid near the sensor.
5）输送设备的机架是否振动过大，若振动过大应单独做支架支撑。
5) Whether the frame of the conveying equipment vibrates too much. If it vibrates too

6）是否有大型设备在频烦启动。
6) Whether large equipment is frequently started. 7）皮带托锟与传感器之间的距
离过近,托锟与传感器之间的最小距离为 70cm.
7) The distance between the belt roller and the sensor is too close, and the minimum
distance between the roller and the sensor is 70cm
金属探测仪产生故障后可以根据上述故障处理程序进行故障排除。若仍然不能排除
故障，请及时与我公司联系，给予技术支持。切勿人为将故障扩大。在确认不是由上述
各项原因引起，而确属仪器自身故障时，用户应通知厂家，由厂家派员修理。

time to provide technical support. Do not artificially expand the fault. When it is confirmed that
