TERMS & CONDITIONS (TERMS OF BUSINESS)
1. The vehicle is driven, tested (Including road test outside the workshop), repaired and parked at the sole risk, responsibilities and liabilities of the customer. In
K. D. Motors ORG LLP
case of damage due to an accident/natural calamity repairs, repair will be carried out at the customer cost and / or under the insurance of the vehicle.
2. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Dealer against any risk, liability/responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle and / or life or property of all persons
arising out of repairing / servicing / test driving of the vehicle when the vehicle is in the dealer’s custody and the customer confirms to have obtained valid
insurance of the vehicle together with accessories and other components or articles and things therein and K. D. Motors ORG LLP shall
not be liable for any loss, damages or injury whatsoever.
3. The Customer will not hold Dealer responsible / liable for any delay in delivery / in carrying out of repairs / in procurement of spare parts for reasons beyond
the K. D. Motors ORG LLP control.
4. Customer is advised to remove any valuable items(cash, jewellery etc.) from the Vehicle at the time of handing over the Vehicle to the Dealer
K. D. Motors ORG LLP . Dealer K. D. Motors ORG LLP will not be responsible for any valuable / article / item left in the car
by the customer.
5. The Customer undertakes to make payment of all charges including applicable taxes before taking delivery of the vehicle. Modes of payment are Cash, Cheque,
Demand Drafts/Pay Order or digital payment method only. Demand Draft/Pay-Order/Cheque should be made in favor of the K. D. Motors ORG LLP

& payable at JODHPUR If the bill settlement is delayed beyond a period of 7 days, the Dealer K. D. Motors ORG LLP

may charge interest @ 18% p.a. on the outstanding bill amount from the date on which the vehicle was ready for delivery until payment is made.

6. The Customer undertakes to take delivery of thise vehicle within 48 hours of advice from the Dealer K. D. Motors ORG LLP regarding

completion of the work after making payment towards repair charges including labour & cost of spare parts, if any. In the event of Customer not taking the

delivery of the car from the Dealer K. D. Motors ORG LLP within the above said timeline, Customer has no objection to shall be liable to pay to

the Dealer levying storage charges @ Rs. 150/- per day along with the charges towards repair, labour, spare parts etc. from the date ofK. D. Motors ORG LLP

advice regarding completion of work till the date of Customer taking physical delivery of the car.

7. The Customer has no objection K. D. Motors ORG LLP levying an estimation charges of Rs.500/- in case of repair or 1% of the estimate in case of
total loss / cash loss whichever is maximum but not more than Rs. 5000, if the job is not entrusted to K. D. Motors ORG LLP after obtaining
the estimate and the Customer shall pay the same in addition to parking charges at the rate per day specified in clause 6 above.

8. K. D. Motors ORG LLP will have a lien on the Vehicle until all above mentioned dues are settled to K. D. Motors ORG LLP

9. No vehicle will be delivered without this receipt. Dealer K. D. Motors ORG LLP may effect delivery of the Vehicle to the person whose signature
appears on the Repair Order Form.

10. Vehicle may not be delivered to the customer after workshop closing Business hour

11. Salvage of accident repaired vehicle shall be taken by the Customer at the time of taking the delivery of the car. Salvage not claimed/taken at the time of
delivery will be disposed of by K. D. Motors ORG LLP as scrap & customer shall have no claim to it.
12. It may not be practically possible to notice and record on the repair order all the dents, scratches and damages etc. on the vehicle, the working or availability or

condition of various components, sub-assemblies, accessories, of the car at the time of accepting the vehicle at the workshop and which is noticed during repairs
& servicing. No responsibility whatsoever is taken by the workshop in this regard, and if any discrepancy is noticed during repairs, the remarks of the workshop
in-charge will be final.
13. All disputes and differences arising from this repair order shall be settled by mutual discussion and in case mutually acceptable settlement is not arrived, any
such dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court in JODHPUR only.
15. All personal identifiable data that is voluntarily supplied herein will be accumulated, processed and used according to the applicable regulations governing the
protection of personal data for the sole purpose of managing and maintaining HMIL's own legitimate purpose. The customer hereby expressly consent that data
so collected may be used including but not limited to contact customer through outbound call by telephone/call/email for marketing and/or for promotions,
product related information, market survey, poll, research, study etc. and may be disclosed if required by law enforcement authorities. Although HMIL will take
all reasonable protection to but it can’t assure that the personal data of the customer will never be disclosed in a manner which is inconsistent with this policy
