Good day, everyone! Welcome to our Career Guidance Orientation. This event is designed to help us
explore different career paths, discover our strengths, and gain insights that will guide us in making the
right choices for our future. We hope you’re excited to learn and be inspired!
Lovely Jane:
Before we begin, let us take a moment to seek guidance and blessings. I invite everyone to bow their
heads as I lead the opening prayer. (Delivers the invocation.)
Jiya:
Thank you for that heartfelt prayer. Now, to officially open our event, let us welcome Ma’am Canoy,
who will share with us the importance of career guidance in shaping our future. (Opening remarks are
delivered.)
Seminar Proper
Lovely Jane:
To start our orientation, let’s hear from our first speakers, Ms Mycah Jane Akut and to be followed by
Ms Renalyn Tayros(Gas) about careers in business, administration, and healthcare.
Jiya:
Thank you, akut and tyros. Now, let’s move on to the Humanities and social sciences (HUMSS). their
insightsas they discuss the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand and how careers in law,
education, and social work can be fulfilling and impactful. Let's have Salvo and Yurso for further
discussion.
Lovely Jane:
That was very informative! Now, let’s take a short break and enjoy a fun icebreaker. This activity will
help us interact and build connections. Leading this are Carsula and Tubo for HUMSS and Guinitaran and
Alingig for GAS. (Icebreaker activity takes place.)
Jiya:
That was a great way to energize everyone! Now, let’s continue with our workshops, which will help us
identify our skills, strengths, and career options. Leading these sessions are Lovely M. from Baguio, who
will guide us in discovering our skills and interests, and Redjay Nacalaban, who will help us assess our
strengths and weaknesses to determine the right career paths.
Team Building Activity
Lovely Jane:
Thank you to our workshop facilitators! Up next, we have a team-building activity to develop leadership,
communication, and teamwork—important skills in any career. This will be facilitated by Noel and
Huerta for HUMSS and Jamisola and Orocion for GAS. (Activity takes place.)

profession.
