Every day we are engaged in projects at home and work. The management of
project differs from case to case. It doesn’t matter how good the team, how
great the idea is, how many resources the company invests in, if there isn’t
proper management, it can make the projects overcomplicated, delay in time
and the risk may become complicated. Managing projects requires very good
understanding on the concepts of project management from Planning till
execution and how to apply them in projects.
This course has been designed to help the learners get an understanding of
the importance of project management during the life cycle of projects. The
learners would get insights on the end-to-end process from planning to
execution of large projects, which would be explained by way of case studies.
Course Overview
This course covers all the aspects of project management that are critical for
the implementation of projects. The learners will also get an understanding of
project management using Software Tool like MS Project.
Course Objectives
To understand the concepts of project management from planning to
execution and how to apply them in projects.
