Introduction:
An Online Event Management System streamlines the planning and organization of events such as
weddings, conferences, and concerts. It simplifies tasks like scheduling, venue booking, budget
management, and vendor coordination. The system offers features for customizing events, sending
notifications, and making secure payments while ensuring accessibility through web and mobile
platforms. With tools for social media integration and performance analysis, it provides a stress-free,
efficient, and organized approach to event management.

Scope :
An Online Event Management System simplifies the process of planning, organizing, and managing
events such as weddings, conferences, and concerts. It streamlines key tasks, including scheduling,
venue booking, budget tracking, and guest management. Users can customize event details, manage
vendors, and send notifications, ensuring a tailored and efficient experience. The system integrates
secure payment options and connects with social media platforms for event promotion. Additionally, it
offers tools to analyze event performance through detailed reports. Accessible via web and mobile
platforms, the system provides a user-friendly interface that keeps all event-related activities organized,
secure, and stress-free. By automating complex processes, this system saves time and enhances the
