Job Title: MERN Stack UI/UX Developer (React/Next.

js + Tailwind CSS)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack UI/UX Developer with a strong command
over modern front-end frameworks, particularly Next.js and Tailwind CSS. The ideal
candidate will have a keen eye for design, an appreciation for clean UI/UX, and the technical
know-how to translate visual concepts into responsive, accessible, and performant web
applications.

You’ll be working across the full stack — building intuitive interfaces with React and Next.js,
integrating with robust APIs using Node.js and Express, and managing data through
MongoDB. Bonus if you bring experience in Figma/Adobe XD, Git workflows, and deploying
to platforms like Vercel or Netlify.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and
Tailwind CSS​

●​ Collaborate with designers to bring pixel-perfect UI/UX concepts to life​

●​ Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB​

●​ Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript (preferred) or


JavaScript​

●​ Implement best practices for performance, SEO (especially with SSR/SSG), and
accessibility​

●​ Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms​

●​ Work closely with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and iteration​

Ideal Skill Set:

Frontend:

●​ React.js (core of the MERN stack)​

●​ Next.js (SSR/SSG)​

●​ Tailwind CSS​
●​ Strong UX/UI fundamentals (modern design, accessibility, responsive design)​

●​ shadcn/ui, Headless UI, Radix UI (component libraries)​

Backend:

●​ Node.js, Express.js​

●​ MongoDB with Mongoose​

Bonus Skills:

●​ Figma / Adobe XD (design handoff and collaboration)​

●​ Git, CI/CD practices​

●​ Deployment experience (Vercel, Netlify)​

●​ TypeScript (highly preferred)​
