Production Testing and Flowback | Surface Well Testing

Flare Stack / SURFACE EQUIPMENT

Overview:
PB flare stacks are used to dispose of well gases
when a pipeline is not available. Incorporating
automated ignition systems with propane pilots,
the production flare stacks allow disposal at
elevated heights to assist in dispersion of
combusted fumes

Available in multiple sizes for various flow rate

and heights for improved dispersion, each PB
flare stack comes with an integral knock out
drum to collect and condense gases.

Applicable Information:
 Onshore flow back and well cleanup.
 Disposal of hazardous gases, such as H2S.
 Used for relief vent piping, away from
area where personnel could be in danger.
 Green completions require total burn of
all vented gases.
 Wellsite intervention services.

Features and Benefits:

 Continuous pilot to ensure flare gas ignition.
 Available with flare tips to improve combustion and reduce emissions.
 Available with QUAD O compliance.
 API 521, 537 and NACE compliant.
 Maintains safe distance to personnel reducing effects of heat.
 Self-supporting, skid mounted with outriggers.
