Together, the Owner and the Driver are the "Parties."
1. Purpose The Owner agrees to lease the Vehicle (defined below) to the Driver so the
Driver can use it exclusively for providing ride-sharing services through the Uber
platform and other platforms.

use. c. Expense Reimbursement: The Owner will reimburse the Driver for repair costs
provided the Driver supplies receipts.
7. Operating Expenses a. Fuel: The Driver covers fuel costs. b. Tolls and Parking: The
Driver covers tolls and parking fees incurred during Uber trips.
8. Use of Vehicle a. Uber and other platforms: The Driver will use the Vehicle exclusively
for Uber ride-share and other platforms services. b. No Sublease: The Driver may not
sublease or let another person drive the Vehicle.
9. Driver’s Obligations a. Compliance: The Driver must comply with all Uber policies, local
laws, and traffic regulations. b. Cleanliness: The Driver will keep the Vehicle clean and
in good condition.
10. Indemnification a. The Driver agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from
any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Driver’s use of the Vehicle.
11. Termination a. For Cause: Either Party may terminate for breach of this Agreement if it is
not cured within __________ days after notice. b. Return of Vehicle: Upon termination,
the Driver will return the Vehicle in good condition, except for normal wear and tear.
12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Kenya
