• Providing solution of customer Tickets on network devices. (Incident, Change Request, Service Request,
Problem Ticket).
• Handled troubleshooting complex networking issues related to routing, switching and end-user problems in a
dynamic environment
• Working with multiple customers like CISCO, F5, Microsoft etc., open TAC case proactively as per the
requirements.
• Conducted performance testing of network equipment at regular intervals to ensure smooth network
availability during outages.
• Executed network projects based on customer requirements, including routing changes, device
addition/deletions, and other network infrastructure modifications.
• Led upgrades, cutovers, and migrations involving device installations, removals, and regular maintenance of
