Equipment”), request that my/our monitoring data available in Soliscloud Platform in respect
of the Ginlong Equipment be transmitted or forwarded to the following party:

ž I/We, as the owner of the Ginlong inverter products and/or accessories (“Ginlong
Equipment”), request that the transmission or forwarding of my/our monitoring data
available in Soliscloud Platform in respect of the Ginlong Equipment to the following party be
suspended or cancelled:

Statement by the Owner:

I/We state and confirm the following:

1. I am /we are the lawful owner of the Ginlong inverter products and/or accessories
(“Ginlong Equipment”) and also the lawful owner of the Ginlong cloud monitoring
account in regards to the Ginlong Equipment in Soliscloud Platform (“Ginlong Monitoring
Account”).

2. If any of the following events occurs, Ginlong shall have the right to immediately suspend
or cancel the transmission or forwarding of data under the Ginlong Monitoring Account
to the third party designated by me/us without any liability on the part of Ginlong:

(1) If it is or will be unlawful or violates any applicable laws and regulations (including
but not limited to GDPR) for Ginlong to continue to transmit or forward the data
under the Ginlong Monitoring Account to the third party designated by me/us;
(2) I am / We are no longer the lawful owner of the Ginlong Equipment and/or the
Ginlong Monitoring Account.
3. I/we commit that the transmission or forwarding of the data under the Monitoring
Account to the third party designated by me/us will not cause any direct or indirect
damage to the legitimate rights and interests of Ginlong, otherwise Ginlong shall have
the right to immediately cancel the transmission or forwarding.

4. If Ginlong suffers any losses arising out of the transmission or forwarding of the data
under the Ginlong Monitoring Account to the third party designated by me/us, I/we
agree to indemnify Ginlong such losses.

5. If we instruct Ginlong to suspend or cancel the transmission or forwarding of the data


under the Monitoring Account to the third party designated by me/us, I/we confirm that
the suspension or cancellation instructed by me/us will not cause any direct or indirect
damage to the legitimate rights and interests of Ginlong, otherwise Ginlong shall be
indemnified of any losses arising out of such suspension or cancellation.
