Today’s challenges in industrial and area lighting require a large variety of light beam
patterns to best illuminate the many diverse applications and environments.
Quick delivery is often crucial in winning lighting projects but attempting to stock such a
wide range of industrial luminaires has virtually been impossible to do so without a large
upfront investment.
Until now companies and their clients have had to suffer long delays in delivery or make
rush shipments in order to meet project deadlines, severely cutting into their bottom

Luxtronik’s brand new Modular LED system is a fusion of exciting new technologies that
will give our partners the flexibility to customize optics and build a variety of luminaires
on demand.

Modular Key Features
Airflow:
o Discrete multi-channels create a flow through cooling effect that allows air to
circulate around the light engine core, maintaining a low LED junction
temperature and optimal performance.
Optics:
o A variety of click in, easy fit optics, customize the light beam to deliver the
perfect performance.
Connectivity:
o Removing the need for external cabling by invisibly connecting the light engines
and power supply for fast, simplified electrical connection.
Finish:
o Zinc galvanized and powder coated for durable weather resistance in tough
environments
Waterproof:
o Unique silicone based waterproof technology enables instant IP65 rating for the
light engines
Performance:
o 130 lm/W designed to meet and exceed industry performance standards
Product Design
Available in multiple end-user products, products included but not limited to these: car
park light, flood light, highbay light, and canopy light.
Flood light comes with slim edge design, reduced product footprint for easier packing,
and also less wind loading area.
Each module is designed at 50W, allowing easier scaling up product portfolio.

Product Performance
Optical lenses are designed to be suitable for most of outdoor applications, which
means the majority of beam profiles are asymmetric.
Optics profiles are designed to be compatible with NEMA standards for outdoor lighting.
Multiple dimming protocols including 0-10V and DALI.
High efficacy at >130 lm/W
CRI>70 for most of indoor industrial facilities, and CRI>80 for high color rendering
requiring applications (such as painting shop, or labor intensive working environment)
Eight types of optics available, covering very wide range of illumination performance
requirement
