For your Class XII CBSE Computer Science (083) Project File, here are some general
guidelines to follow:
Students are required to prepare 2 files for the fulfillment of board practical examination-
1. Report File, and 2. Project File.
Structure of the Project File
1. Title Page – Include your name, class, school name, and project title.
2. Certificate Page – A declaration stating that the project is original and completed under
guidance.
3. Acknowledgment – Express gratitude to teachers, mentors, and resources used.
4. Introduction – Briefly explain the project topic and its significance.
5. Objective – Clearly state the purpose of the project.
6. Methodology – Describe how you approached the project, including tools and techniques
used.
7. Implementation – Provide details of coding, algorithms, and logic used.
8. Results & Observations – Showcase outputs, screenshots, and analysis.
9. Conclusion – Summarize findings and learning outcomes.
10. Bibliography – List references, books, websites, and other sources.
Technical Guidelines
• Use Python for coding, as per CBSE syllabus.
• Include file handling, data structures (lists, stacks, queues), and database
connectivity if applicable.
• Ensure proper indentation, comments, and modular programming for clarity.
• If using MySQL, document queries and database structure.
Presentation Tips
• Keep formatting consistent (font, spacing, headings).
