You are making a partial payment.

Extra Space Management, Inc. (“Extra Space”), as manager of the above Store, has agreed to
the acceptance of a partial month’s payment from Customer, in consideration of Customer’s
acknowledgement and agreement to the following:

1) Customer recognizes that the partial payment referenced above is not a payment in full
of past due rent and/or fees (or in cases of a partial prepayment of future rent, Customer
acknowledges that rent for a future month is not paid in full). Amounts owed will continue
to increase at rates provided in the Rental Agreement until paid in full or the personal
property is sold.

2) If your account is delinquent, the partial payment referenced above WILL NOT
stop the sale of your personal property. Extra Space will continue with the notice,
advertisement, and auction of your property pursuant to the terms of the rental
agreement and pursuant to local lien laws unless all the rent and fees are paid in
full.

3) Accepting a partial payment does not act as a waiver of any defaults under the rental
agreement.

4) Once a unit has been overlocked, as per state lien law, access will not be granted for
any reason, unless all the rent and fees are paid in full.
