As a beginner UX designer working on my first project in the Google Professional UX

“The first step is often the hardest.” Design Course, I was tasked with designing a mobile app for a trendy florist. While
tackling this challenge, I found myself questioning a fundamental issue:

My own experience was piqued by the thought that the very first interaction users
have with any app—the login and sign-up process—could either make or break their
experience.  

Through thorough research, I discovered that a frustrating login experience is a


major pain point for users of all backgrounds, ages and technical abilities, often
leading to high abandonment rates.
