Please read the instructions carefully

1. Candidate should follow the norms of social distancing & COVID guidelines as prescribed by Govt. of India,
Govt.of Odisha & the local Authorities.
2. Please ensure that all the information on this admit card including photograph, signature and
barcodeare clearly visible on the printout of the Admit Card.
3. Candidates are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the
Admit card.The candidate will not be allowed to enter the Examination venue after Gate Closure.
4. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the Test Centre before the conclusion of the test.

5. It is mandatory for all candidates to bring PRINTED copy of Admit Card for the examination. If the
details/information in the admit card are found to be tampered with, and/or are in disagreement
with thecandidate's particulars available with this office, the candidate will not be permitted to
attend the examination.

6. Candidates shall produce the Admit Card along with one original Identity Proof
(Passport/Voter ID/Driving License / PAN Card/Aadhar Card) for verification. The Admit Card
shall be handed over to the Invigilator. No candidate shall be allowed to the Test Center
without Admit Card.
7. Candidate shall sign in the space provided in this admit card only in the presence of the Invigilator.

8. Candidates are not allowed to bring any personal belongings like electronic devices/smart
watch/Bluetooth mobile phones/ Calculators /camera/data storage devices/
books/bags/textual materialprinted or written bits of paper, etc., inside the exam hall.
9. Candidates are advised to carry Transparent pen/pencil inside the test Center. A sheet of paper
will be provided forrough work.
10. No request for postponement of Examination, change of venue, etc. will be entertained.

11. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly. Violation of any instruction and adoption of
any unfairmeans in the Test Center shall lead to cancellation of candidature.
12. Examination will be conducted online (CBT Mode). You must enter your Username and
Password tologin 10 minutes before the Exam Start time to read the Assessment related
instructions. Please ensure that your name and other details which will subsequently appear on
the screen are correct.
13. The duration of the examination will be for 2:00 hours i.e. 120 minutes.

14. No break will be allowed between the sections of the test.

15. The questions in CBT will appear in English language only.

Note: This admit card has been prepared based on the information furnished by the Candidate in the On-line
application form. Hence, this admit card does not authenticate the eligibility criteria of the candidate, but allows
thecandidate to sit in the computed based test without any prejudice.
