hotels in some destinations require local tax payments at check in from clients. Any amendment is not possible after booking but requests
will be considered and require final approval from property.It is very important that Gender, Age, full names of clients and Nationality
indications are essential information in the booking details due to the Market rates, Family only acceptance, Adult only acceptance or any
restrictions which are applied by many Hotels globally. Also the name changes or any amendments will not be possible free of charge
after booking. Such requests require final approval from property.. CXL charges apply as follows:
If you fail to check-in for this reservation, or if you cancel or change this reservation after CXL DEADLINE, you may incur penalty charges at

1. Late Check-in: If you cannot arrive until 19.00 on the date that your property is expecting you, please inform either to
booking office or the hotel directly.
2. Special Requests: Specific room types, smoking preferences & bedding types for Double/Twin rooms cannot be
guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check in.
3. Any early and late check out or GO-NO SHOW is liable to full charges regardless of the cancellation policy. In the
event of such cases please always obtain a written approval from the hotel.
4. Essential Note: The hotel management has a right to request credit card details or deposit upon check-in to cover and
guarantee any incidental costs that may be incurred during your stay.
5. City Tax and Resort fee: Rates include applicable hotel taxes but some of hotels & countries do charge resort fee o/ citx
tax . Please note these additional fees will be collected from the guest upon check-in time. we are not responsible for
resort fee / City Tax charges and has no control over their implementation.
6. Cancellation and Amendments: some bookings are NON amendable and should be cancelled and rebooked again and
charges will be as per the cancellation policy . All cancellation and amendments should be done to inform Booking
Office via Email. Amendments are always subject to availability and they can be held as per cancellation policy which
was accepted at the time of booking. Amendments include changes in number or type of rooms booked and new
bookings will be subject to availability and will be made at current room rate.
7. room accupancy : the regular room occupancy ( DBL /TWIN ) is for 2 ADULTS only , any extra adult or Child will
apply Extra cost as per the hotel Policy and will be paid directly to the hotel , unless stated in the voucher as a TPL
room or DBL + Extra bed .TPL room Definiton : King Size bed + extra bed or SOFA bed subject to hotel availability .
8. All hotels have the right to turn away the client to any other alternative without any respoinsbility from our side.
9. All bookings on Hilton & Marriott hotels worldwide will apply service charge fees amount directly to the client.
