In This Version
This release contains support for new and updated file formats. There are updates for
most technologies that Analyzer supports, with changes falling under the following
categories:

• Technology improvements:
o VoIP Technology Mode updates for NR.
o Many updates to IPv6 address support for 5GC deployments.
o Support updates for 14 Qualcomm Snapdragon X70 log codes

• New collections of devices and improvements:

o Support for 7 new devices added for TEMS, including Samsung Galaxy S23
variants
o 5G-SA support for Accuver XCAL AOF Export
o NR RACH procedure improvements for R&S QualiPoc
o Improvements to Focus Infocom CVD support for Spotlight RNE “where
best” and “where seen” cell counts.

5G-NR support
• 5G-SA support added for Accuver XCAL AOF Export format.

• VoIP Technology Mode updated to support NR.

• Support added for 7 new 5G devices with Infovista TEMS

Accuver XCAL AOF Export support

• Support added for NR-SA logs, supporting QC5GNR_RRCMSG and
QC5GNR_NASMSG types.

Accuver XCAL DRM support

• Support added for distinguishing the subtypes of Smart Phone Info logs:
o XCAL_SmartPhoneInfo_LogType

• Support added for setting IPv6 addresses from Smart Phone Info messages, for
up to 6 reported addresses:
o Device_IPv6_Address_H[*]

• Improvements have been made to the decoding of Smart Phone Info, subtype
Android System Info v3, adding support (where present) for the following into

• Support added for Autocall State, Data State, NetworkType and WirelessType
taken from Smart Phone Info message:
o XCAL_Data_State

FocusInfocom ACT/xGMA CVD support

• Resolved a problem where LTE RSRP and LTE RSRQ were not being set for
neighbor cells, which was affecting “where best” and “where seen” cell counts for
Spotlight Radio Network Explorer.

Infovista TEMS support

• Support added for TEMS TRR API v25.0, supporting TEMS Investigation 25, TEMS
Pocket 24.3, TEMS Paragon 7 and TEMS Sense 6.3

• Support added for “Work Order” custom header field, setting attribute
o TEMS_WorkOrder

• Resolved a problem where Qualcomm OTA messages were being wrongly

decoded. Where multiple SIB blocks are contained inside a single System
Information message, the individual (repeated) messages are no longer displayed
with Load Time Message Filtering enabled.

• Resolved a problem which was preventing some TEMS Paragon files from loading.

• Support for all variants of new devices added with TEMS 25:
o OnePlus 11
o Samsung Galaxy S23
o Samsung Galaxy S23+
o Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Keysight Nemo support

• Improvements made to how LTE_UE_RB_Num_UL is set. During Carrier
Aggregation it is now set to the aggregated value of all UL carriers per timestamp.

PCTel SeeGull DTR Autoexport support

• Support has been added for setting additional fields from the LTE Enhanced TopN
Signal Scan data rows:
o Altitude
o SpeedKph
o SpeedMph

Qualcomm QXDM / chipset support

• Resolved a problem where RSRP and RSRQ for carrier 1 were not being reported
in some NR 5G ML1 Searcher Measurement Database Update Ext log codes.

End of Life announcements

• In line with Microsoft recommendations, Windows Server 2012 has now moved to
End of Life support, and as a minimum, should be upgraded to Windows Server
2012 R2.

Product Support for previous versions

• Versions of Analyzer supported by the Analyzer Product Support team shall be
limited to the current version and previous 12 monthly releases, in a sliding
window.
