2025

We are writing to formally request a reassessment of our business permit renewal for the year 2025
and to apply for the proper classification of our business tax status as "Exempt" in accordance with
existing laws and regulations.

Section 133(j) of the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160), which states:
“Section 133. Common Limitations on the Taxing Powers of Local Government
Units. – Unless otherwise provided herein, the exercise of the taxing powers of
provinces, cities, municipalities, and barangays shall not extend to the levy of the

Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other relevant supporting documents for
