GMIT, Bharathi Nagar.
Advanced Java is everything that goes beyond Core Java – most importantly
the APIs defined in Java Enterprise Edition, includes Servlet programming,
Web Services, the Persistence API, etc. It is a Web & Enterprise application
development platform which basically follows client & server architecture.
The department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) has organized
the project expo on 07th JULY 2023. The objective of this event is to provide
platform and encourage the students to exhibit their innovative ideas in the
form of working models, prototypes etc.
Showcasing the student’s projects was the main objective and thereby
enhancing the project quality as per the need of industry, with this in mind
gmit, department of computer science and engineering had initiated the
concept of Project poster presentation and Project Expo in 4th semester of UG
program engineering.

Honourable chairman and Principal
addressed the session with very
knowledgeable insights and well
encouraging words that gave an exposure
to
students how to learn outcomes of the
projects and striving hard to reach end
user and how projects should impact the society.
Students showed interest to showcase their mini project through power point
presentation which includes Flow chart, implementation methodology and
applications.

There were 66 team members with around 5 students in a team. Total registered
batches are 12. The event has been held in GMIT campus where a result of good
hard work done by the students who showed good enthusiasm to display their
projects. The event was fully photo graphed, solely by the student volunteers.

OUTCOMES OF THE EVENT
Develop professionals having good skills, self-learning ability and confidence to
support and contribute to the growth of relevant industries.
This provides opportunity for the students to demonstrate their learning experience.
