CCF Exalt BAHRAIN

“To honor God through music and biblical worship that will lead people to a
personal encounter with Him”

PROGRAM PROPOSAL NO. 1

Title: Once-a-month Special Worship Service

Main Objective:

To consistently produce a meaningful worship experience that will draw people


towards Christ.

Other Purpose:

1) Members and guests will be able to experience CCF-Style Worship Service.


NOTE: It aims not to replace the existing structure but to add value to it, by
having a alternative (from the traditional) once-a-month event that will aspire to
provide a fresh/new encounter with God through creative ideas.
2) The proposal also aims to provide a more cohesive service program from start to
finish by way of the Creative Meeting.
3) Through participation, members of the Exalt Team will be able to learn the CCF’s
way of planning and constructing Praise and Worship setlists.

Day/Week: Every First Friday of the Month (Same time as Breaking of Bread)

Detailed Program:

• Creative Director: In-charge of the Special Worship Service of the month.


• Sunday: Creative Meeting, to be attended by Pastor, Creative Director (in-
charge of the meeting), MD, WL, Ministry Leaders. Discussions about:
o Message/theme/Scripture
o How the P&W setlist will be constructed
o Song suggestions Vocal Groups (There is no one single Worship
Leader. But there is a Worship Leader for each song. Total of 4
WL/singers)
o PnW arrangements, program flow, and other creative ideas.
• Monday: Full setlist with scheduled workers.
• Thursday: Rehearsal

3) Prayer
4) Praise & Worship
5) Welcome & Announcement
6) Preaching: Pastor Ronald (If available)
7) Breaking of Bread
8) Closing Prayer
9) Victory Song

2) Welcome & Introduction to CCF (What we believe and the CCF Mandate)
3) Prayer
4) Praise & Worship
