allotted
targets for your information and necessary action at your end.

Youare requested to immediately formulate and share your Divislon-level Business Plan based on the targets
assigned, in accordance with the proforma circulated earler and reattached as Annexure B. The business plan must
include detailed strategies for the following key areas:
Aadhaar Services: Operationalize all inactive centers, relocate underperforming ones, ensure operator
compliance with UIDAlguidelines, and conduct regular Aadhaar camps.
POPSK: Ensure deployment of two CSEs at high-footfallcenters with astandby arrangement, improve service
efficiency, and maintain cleanliness and customer-friendly environment in line with SOP dated 22. 08.2024.
BD Products: Focus on special initiatives like Har Ghar Tiranga (Flag Sales), PMEGP unit veriications, KYC
verifications, and engagement with local businesses and institutions for customized business packages.
Further, I am also directed to request youthat monthly review meetings must be conducted to assess progress
against the targets, identify performance gaps, and take necessary corrective action. The montoring and execution of
the business plan should be consistent and result-oriented.

You are requested to furnish your Division's Annual Business Plan 2025-26 positively by 15.05.2025, enabling timely
submission to the Directorate.
