Part Assembly Interface — User Guide (Model Configuration)
This guide explains how to load, manage and fine-tune parts in the
machine-tool simulation.
1. Layout
┌─ Action Buttons: Increase / Decrease / Removed / Refresh
├─ Left-hand Part List
└─ Right-hand Parameter Panel
├─ Part Name (visibility checkbox)
├─ Model file name (path)
├─ Scale (X / Y / Z)
├─ Offset (X / Y / Z)
├─ Pitch / Roll / Yaw (Z–X–Z Euler)
├─ Drive Model
├─ Axis drive (X Y Z A B C + per-axis expression)
├─ Is it transparent
└─ Brightness, Color R / G / B
↓
Global Options
├─ Use built-in models
├─ Head X/Y/Z fixed
└─ Offset (compensation)
2. Functions
Action Buttons
Increase Add the part selected in “External Part Config” to the
end of the list.
Decrease Remove the last part in the list.
Removed Delete the currently selected part.
Refresh Reload the external config, auto-adding / removing parts.
Part List Shows all assembled parts in render order; selecting one
reveals its parameters.

Global Options
Use built-in models Yes → show only system models at startup; No →
auto-load user assembly.
Head X/Y/Z fixed For “fixed head, moving table” machines.
Offset Compensation when Head X/Y/Z fixed is enabled.
3. Adjustment Tips
Scale Equal ratio or per-axis; supports expressions.
Offset Always active for precise placement; supports expressions.
Euler Z–X–Z order; single-axis or combined; supports expressions.
Axis drive Custom = expression; other modes = checkbox for internal
drive.
4. Render Order
1 Euler rotate → 2 Scale → 3 Offset → 4 Drive-model transform
5. Notes
• Ensure model path is valid.
• Check expression syntax.
• Use simplified meshes for performance.
With this guide you can flexibly set size, position, orientation and
drive logic, achieving high-fidelity machine-tool simulation. Happy
simulating!
