restructure the below description using the above template keeping inline with PMI
PMBOK standards: Supported the onshore EY service coordination team in
streamlining business processes and communications between EY financial
coordinators (FCs) and Merck project managers and stakeholders. Utilized
Confluence and Agile methodology to help structure project/product management of
EY Technology Consultants/Merck related software. Conducted a pilot run for the
automation of FC monthly activities, including accrual collection, forecast updates,
and data extraction from SAP across 8 divisions and 35 FCs. Leveraged SharePoint
to create an FC onboarding checklist site for necessary trainings and a secure
performance feedback process.
Project Title: Merck Project Management as a Service (PMaaS)
Project Role: Senior Consultant
Project Objective:
The project’s objective was to streamline business processes and enhance
communications between the EY financial coordinators (FCs) and Merck project
managers and stakeholders. The project aimed to automate key activities for the
FCs and provide a structured platform for onboarding, training, and feedback.
Project Deliverables:
The project deliverables included a new automated system of FC Monthly Activities
which included accrual collection, forecast updates, and data extraction from SAP
across 8 divisions and 35 FCs, an onboarding training checklist SharePoint site for
FCs, and a Confluence-based Project Management site repository to manage EY
Technology Consultants and Merck software-related projects.
My Responsibilities:
1. Initiation:
First, I coordinated with the onshore EY service coordination team to identify project
objectives and define key success factors. Then, I defined the scope and necessary
requirements for process streamlining, communication improvement, and
automation of FC tasks in line with their Merck clients.
2. Planning:
I designed a comprehensive plan for the implementation of the proposed automated
solution for the FCs and EY stakeholder teams. I also mapped out the pilot run for
automating FC monthly activities and outlined necessary training and feedback
processes.
3. Executing:
I led the execution of the pilot run for automating FC activities, ensuring the correct
data flow and integration with SAP for the forecast updates, accrual collection, and
data extraction. I managed the creation of the SharePoint-based onboarding
checklist and the secure performance feedback process for FCs and ensured that
the necessary training was completed. I also coordinated with both the EY financial
coordinators and Merck project managers to ensure successful collaboration and
communication.
4. Monitoring & Controlling:
I monitored progress against the project plan and adjusted strategies as needed to
ensure successful completion of automation tasks and onboarding initiatives. I also
ensured that the automated process was running smoothly and that feedback from
the pilot was utilized to make necessary improvements.
5. Closing:
I concluded the pilot run and the newly automated process as a success, ensuring
that all FC activities were correctly automated with accurate results across the
required divisions and teams. I finalized the SharePoint site, ensuring that all
onboarding and feedback processes were securely in place. Finally, I documented
the results and lessons learned and provided recommendations for future
improvements.
Project Outcome(s):
The project’s outcomes included successful automation of key FC activities,
resulting in improved efficiency and reduced manual intervention for accrual
collection, forecast updates, and data extraction. Establishment of a structured and
secure onboarding process for new FCs was also created, enhancing training
completion and performance feedback. Last but not least, a more efficient system
of communication and collaboration between the EY service coordination team,
Merck project managers, and stakeholders was seen at the conclusion of this
project.
Project Title: Mavenlink Project Management Tool Implementation
Project Role: Management Consultant
Project Objective:
The project objective was to implement Mavenlink as a global tracking tool for
process improvements in coordination, efficiency, and risk mitigation across global
advisory and integrated managed services. These services include but are not
limited to statutory audit, tax compliance and advisory, and financial accounting
and reporting.
Project Deliverables:
The project deliverables included a centralized project management framework for
process standardization across 15+ mid-market, multi-location projects, regular
project health status and report updates on the progress of Mavenlink adoption with
national engagements, and the successful adoption and implementation of the
Mavenlink software as a global tracker tool for select clients

Initiation:
I helped create a high-level overview of the Mavenlink implementation project and
identified key stakeholders involved from an internal and external firm perspective. I
also assisted in setting up project objectives, timelines, and initial deliverables.
Planning:
I developed a project management plan that involved outlining a centralized
coordination framework to standardize processes across multi-location
engagements. I planned the onboarding and transition strategies for clients and
created a risk management plan to identify and mitigate potential risks during
execution.
Executing:
I led and collaborated with project teams to allocate resources effectively across the
15+ mid-market, multi-location engagements, ensuring they adhered to the project
plan. I coordinated with teams and stakeholders for ongoing execution and smooth
transition of projects and facilitated internal and external client calls, providing
consistent project status updates.
Monitoring & Controlling:
I regularly tracked project progress and ensured adherence to timelines and
objectives and monitored project risks and implemented mitigation strategies where
necessary. I also ensured process standardization was maintained across all
engagements and addressed any discrepancies.
Closing:
I conducted final reviews to ensure all deliverables were met and client satisfaction
was achieved. I also coordinated project closeout activities, including final reporting
and handover of Mavenlink. Finally, I captured lessons learned and ensured project
documentation was completed.
Project Outcome(s):
The project resulted in the successful implementation of Mavenlink as a global
tracker tool across multiple engagements and achieved a unified standardization of
project processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced risks for mid-market
engagements. It also enhanced RSM’s global advisory service delivery through a
streamlined project management framework and improved communication and
oversight across national and international projects.
Project Title: Prophix Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Implementation
Project Role: Technology Consultant
Project Objective:
The project aimed to implement Prophix as a CPM (Corporate Performance
Management) software technology for five mid-market commercial clients to
enhance their budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial statement reporting
processes. The end goal was to improve management decision-making capabilities
by enabling comprehensive financial insights and real-time reporting.
Project Deliverables:
The project deliverables included successful hand-off and implementation of the
Prophix software technology to RSM’s commercial audit clients, design and
deployment of customized financial reporting dashboards and technical builds that
met client requirements, and the creation and delivery of presentation slide decks
to executive stakeholders showcasing Prophix’s added value.
My Responsibilities:
Initiation:
First, I engaged with RSM’s key clients to understand their business needs for
Prophix and helped define their individual initial project scopes. I also collaborated
with stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives for Prophix as their CPM
software tool.
Planning:
I designed detailed project plans and schedules, aligning them with client deadlines,
developed project documentation, including business requirement documents,
document request lists, and statement of work (SOW) documents. I also defined the
key deliverables and milestones for dashboard and reporting solutions based on
client requirements.
Executing:
I supported solution architects and senior consultants during client discovery
sessions, contributed to designing and building dashboards and technical solutions
for clients, and engaged in data analysis with my team members. This involved
constant utilization of data analytics and OLAP capabilities for multi-dimensional
datasets and transaction level drilldowns. I also created and delivered presentations
of technical solution builds through creative problem-solving skills and made sure
my team and I were successfully collaborating and communicating.
Monitoring & Controlling:
I tracked project progress, ensuring deliverables were met within agreed timelines.
In addition, I monitored the quality of reports, dashboards, and client-facing
solutions to ensure they met the requirements. I also facilitated client
communication
and feedback sessions with myself and the team to ensure alignment with project
goals.
Closing:
I finalized and documented the project by ensuring all deliverables were completed
and approved by clients, which included conducting post-implementation reviews
and gathering client feedback for future improvements. I delivered the final
business documentation and project reports, ensuring a smooth handover for
ongoing client support.

The project’s successes included client acceptance and implementation of Prophix
that improved budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement reporting for all
clients. Enhanced management decision-making for these clients was made
possible through actionable insights from Prophix’s KPIs and real-time financial data.
Finally, I was able to achieve client satisfaction with tailored dashboard solutions,
reporting, and data analytics capabilities at the conclusion of this project.
