Badis : Mr. Akbar? I am Bagus Adi Prasetyo You can call me badis
Akbarr: Welcome to PT. Shopee Indonesia, Badis. I am Akbar.
Badis: Hello, nice to meet you.
Akbar : Nice to meet you too, how are you today?
Badis : I'm fine, and yourself?
Akbar : Good, thank you. I hope we didn't keep you waiting long?
Badis: No, I had the opportunity to speak to one of your engineers while
waiting.
Akbar : Good. badis, shall we start?
badis : Yes, of course.
Akbar : First of all, let me introduce myself. I am the manager of our human
resources department here and we have an open position, so we have been
interviewing applicants to fill the position as quickly as possible.
Badis : Yes sir, I read about the position on your website, and I think I am a
good fit.
AKbar : Currently we have several programs in progress and the team is
working hard. We hope to stay busy for a long time.
Badis : What are the important qualifications required for the position?
Akbar : This is an advertising staff position, we provide a lot of training here.
But we require that you have at least a bachelor's degree in digital marketing.
Previous experience in the field is a plus.
Badis : What kind of experience do you consider as work in the field?
Akbar: it would be great if you have advertising experience, knowledge of
google ads, or skills in market analysis.
BAdis: when I was at university, I did an internship at Tanifoundation and
attended digital marketing training in the campus program in collaboration with
the Ministry of Manpower and the Talent Association.
Akbar : Glad to hear that, which university did you graduate from?
Badis : I am a student at Eleven Males University, and I graduated with a
bachelor's degree in Business management. I once worked as a marketing
manager at PT. Sentosa Jaya for approximately 2 years. manage all
marketing activities there.
Akbar : What are you looking for in a job?
Badis: The job will definitely help me grow in my career. I would love to learn
and grow as I work for a company as passionate as yours.
Akbar : You are right. There is a lot of room for progress in our company.
What are your strengths? Why should I hire you?
Badis : I am a person who has ambition to keep learning. I am very sociable.
My friends also find me very easy to work with.
Akbar : Very good. Now, do you mind working overtime?
Badis : if it's in accordance with the agreement regarding salary and overtime
hours, of course I don't mind.
Interviewer: Because sometimes we have to work extra in this marketing field.
Resource Person: I understand that is the nature of the job. When I went to
school, I took a few courses each semester while building my own business in
the field of wedding favors at least twenty hours a week. And, I handled the
situation very well.
Akbar: Do you have any questions for me?
Resource person: about the training that will be given using the company's
budget or must be deducted from salary every month
