2- EAT HEALTHY
3- AVOID FAST FOOD AS MUCH AS YOU CAN
4- EXERCISE DAILY
5- MEDITATE DAILY , EVEN JUST FOR 30 MIN
6- WALK DAILY FOR 15 MINS
7- GO ON A RUN FOR 10 MINS EVERYDAY
8- DO 20 PUSH-UPS DAILY
9- DO 3 MIN OF PLANKS DAILY
10- BUILD YOUR BICEPS , TRICEPS , BACK , ABS
STUDY
1- At-least study for around 6hrs a day .
2- Make daily goals of chapters .
3- Solve physics numerical everyday .
4- Always try to learn new concept of physics .
5- As a PCM student always practice Math daily .
6- Learn the concepts of chemistry .
7- After 10th , make sure to complete physics volume 1 in just 2 months .
8- At-least cover 6 chapters of mathematic in just 2.5 months .
9- Daily solve DPP questions and PYQs for JEE exam .
10- Make sure to not repeat the mistakes in 2024 .
