The ticket is valid only if it's printed in black or colored ink, with the exceptions of the cases where there is another alternative strictly
specified by iaBilet.ro or the organisers. Only the tickets that are printed at a high resolution will allow the barcodes to be scanned
and will grant access into the venue. Do not share your electronic or physical tickets and do not send to other people the e-mails
through which you have bought and received your tickets. Only one person will receive access at the event after one iaBilet ticket
barcode is scanned at the venue entry. In cases where there is more than one person that has the same ticket barcode (or copies of
the same ticket, or different tickets but with the same barcode), the first person that comes at the venue with the barcode will be
granted access. iaBilet.ro and the organisers reserv their rights to retain the duplicates of a ticket that has already been scanned
and the personal informations of the persons who presented them in order to send them to the authorities. iaBilet.ro and the
organisers will not pay compensations to those who present invalid tickets or tickets that have previously been scanned for another
person and granted access to that person. Do not sell and do not buy tickets from unauthorized selling points or individuals! You
expose yourself to the risk of buying an invalid ticket or a duplicate that may not grant you access at the venue. Buy your iaBilet.ro
tickets only from www.iabilet.ro or the locations mentioned in the official press releases (media, news, posters, radio). The event
organiser has the right to cancel an event or change it's scheduled dates. In cases where the events have been cancelled or
postponed, the customer has the right to request the equivalent payment made for the ticket. The refund falls into the responsibility
of the organiser and will be made directly or via iaBilet.ro . The organiser is obliged to share all the details about the cancelled or
postponed event and the ways the customer can reclaim the refund.
