Today I want to talk to you about one of the most influential


figures in the world of gastronomy: Paul Bocuse.

IM: Paul Bocuse was born on February 11, 1926, in France. From a young age, he
was surrounded by aromas and flavors, which sparked his passion for cooking. Did
you know that he began his culinary training at the age of 16?

IM: In 1956, he opened his famous restaurant, L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges, which
became a benchmark of haute cuisine. Can you imagine maintaining three Michelin
stars for over 50 years?
