DIVISION TARGETS FOR ANNEX 3 OF THE ENHANCED-SIP

To: Public Schools District Supervisors, Elementary and Secondary School Heads, School
Governing Council, School Planning Team, All Concerned

1. To assist schools which were not yet provided with a copy of the Division Targets needed in
accomplishing Annex 3 or Gap Analysis Template in SIP preparation, this Office thru the
SGOD issues the following goals:

1 Increase access in basic education especially among secondary schools with
high
incidence of dropout
2 Sustain and engage stakeholders in broadening opportunities for basic
education and building of academic community
3 Improve quality of instruction with emphasis on mathematical and scientific
skills, comprehension and critical thinking
4 Improve learners' performance in all learning areas
5 Enhance the schools and learning centers' provision of learner-centered, child
friendly, and safe environment for effective learning to happen
6 Institutionalizethe Division Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Adjustments (DMEPA)
7 Enhance educational leadership and management and build people's capacities
for public service
8 Strengthen the culture of research and research-based interventions and
instructional materials
9 Use technology in improving internal systems and processes
10 Monitor and manage the provision of instructional materials and equipment

2. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
