ScoreMe is a Fintech company providing a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) tool to assist in better


understanding of the business health on an ongoing basis. The tool captures few of the most
significant financial, non-financial and general industry parameters that are ideally considered by
analysts of different banks/financial institutions in assessing the creditworthiness of the
company/borrower. It is a cloud-based online digital platform/software for analysing the
company's data for credit assessment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.


● Work extensively with Java Spring Boot and Java core for building scalable and efficient
back-end services.
● Perform PDF data extraction with a focus on 100% accuracy, leveraging knowledge of
Adobe’s open specifications.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
● Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


● Knowlwdge in core Java development.
● Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, core Java and related frameworks.
● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
● Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
● Proven experience in PDF data extraction and working with Adobe’s open specifications
is a plus.
● Experience with version control systems such as Git.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:

● Experience working on product-based companies or projects.


● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
● Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
