Placement Service (KUCCPS), I am pleased to offer you a place in the School of Education to pursue
Bachelor of Edtication (AI.ts) Degree programme as a l st year student. Your degree programme takes 4
Academic Years and will be based at the MAIN CAMPUS.
You are required to report to the University on 26 Aug]ist 2024 .

This Cost is inclusive of; Scholarship, Helb Loan and Houehold.
You are expected and advised to apply for the Goverrment Scholarship, HELB loan and upkeep loan
through the official scholarship and loan application portal (www.hef.co.ke). Based on your categorization
after application for funding, you will be requind to clear the outstanding fee balances (Household). Should
you NOT apply for scholarship and HELB loan, you will be required to pay full fee of the programme.
Payment Offee is through the portal ®ortaL.mu.ac.ke). After edmisston, you will not be allowed to register
f;or courses and sit for exwinatious witllout paying the requisite flees.
Cheques to support your tuition expenses and in favour of the undvensity should be delivered to; The Chief
Finance Officer, P.O. Box 3900 -30100 Eldoret. (The university does not accept Personal Cheques, Money
Orders, Postal Orders or Cash).
It is a requirement for students to have a computer/laptop/tablet/ipad or smart phone to enable them
access online classes and leaming resources. The University sells laptops at competitive rates. For further

The University provides accommodation dh a first come first served basis. A student who needs
accommodation within the Campus can book and pay online through the student portal available in the
(gndut dines/ at Moi University Website (www.mu.ac.ke)
