Rules

1. Time Limit - 3 Minutes for Solo performance, 4 Minutes for Group Performance.

2. First come First serve basis for nominations however representation of different categories
will be ensured.

3. Last date of nomination – 12th September 2023.

4. Dance isn't included as we have 2 separate events for it.

5. We will keep you posted about any changes if required for event.

We are happy to inform you that our society is conducting the "BEST OUT OF WASTE" craft
competition. Through this competition, we are encouraging kids to create a new craft item
from the old waste things around them and give life to it via their creativity.

1. Create a new craft from old plastic, newspaper, or other waste materials only.

2. Only one craft per participant is allowed.

4. No society payroll staff should be asked for help to organise your personal stuffs.
5. Nyati Elysia Cultural Team does not take any guarantee for the sale. We suggest to
maintain average rate for the products. Do not overly price.
6. In case of heavy rains, emergency or something that is out of our control, the event
may be postponed.

Drawing competition to be held on 24 September (Sunday) morning 10.30AM.

Venue- Podium level 0

Have to carry your own colours.

Drawing sheets will be provided. A4 size

Time 1hr. Will be granted.

Do not use any picture for reference.

Theme is as below

1. Below 6 years - We provide printed sheet, only coloring, painting, sketch... whatever
your kid can handle best.

2. 6 to 10 years - choose any 1 topic
