Report on Ministry Strengths

Report by Emmanuel Ayisi

Introduction

The ministry is a divine calling where individuals are equipped with unique gifts and responsibilities to
serve the church and the broader community. My journey in the ministry has been centered around
deliverance and teaching, two pivotal areas that have not only defined my personal mission but have
also significantly contributed to the Kingdom of God. This report aims to explore the key areas of
passion, talent, and experience within my ministry, highlighting how these have been instrumental in
building the church and encouraging others in their walk with Christ.

1. Passion: The Heartbeat of Ministry

Passion is the driving force behind every successful ministry, setting the foundation for impactful service.
In my ministry, the passion for deliverance and teaching is rooted deeply in a desire to see individuals
set free from spiritual bondage and empowered with knowledge. This passion translates into:

(A) Fervent Prayer and Intercession: Regular prayer sessions focused on deliverance, seeking God’s
intervention in breaking spiritual strongholds.

(B) Inspiring Worship and Praise: Creating an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moves freely, touching
hearts and transforming lives during worship services.

(C) Personal Devotion: A commitment to studying the Word and spending time in God’s presence,
ensuring a nurturing relationship with Him, which fuels my passion.

The church members have continuously encouraged this passion by participating actively in deliverance
services and sharing testimonies of breakthrough and transformation. Their enthusiasm and support are
vital in sustaining the energy and zeal required for effective ministry work.
2. Talent: God’s Gift to Serve

Talent is an essential component that enhances ministry work, allowing for diverse ways of expressing
God’s message. In my case, several talents have emerged, aiding in the propagation of the gospel
through deliverance and teaching:

(A) Effective Communication: The ability to convey complex spiritual truths in a clear and relatable
manner, making teachings accessible to all congregation members.

(B) Musical Propensity: Utilizing music as a tool for deliverance and teaching, integrating worship that
speaks to the soul and facilitates a connection with God.

(C) Creative Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges within the ministry with innovative solutions,
ensuring continuous growth and adaptability.

These talents are recognized and appreciated by the church community, providing opportunities for
workshops and seminars where I can mentor others. The collective appreciation helps sustain morale
and encourages further development of these God-given abilities.

3. Experience: Wisdom through Service

Experience is often considered the best teacher, and in ministry, it provides wisdom and insight that
shapes ministry practices. Through years of service, several experiences have greatly informed my
approach to deliverance and teaching:

(A) Mentorship and Leadership Roles: Leading various church groups and mentoring upcoming leaders
has honed my leadership skills, which are crucial for effective ministry.

(B) Organizing Deliverance Retreats and Seminars: These events have provided firsthand experience in
managing spiritual activities that have led to significant growth and transformation in participants' lives.

(C) Community Outreach Programs: Engaging with the broader community has expanded the reach of
the ministry, bringing deliverance and teaching beyond the church walls into everyday lives.
These experiences are vital in developing a more comprehensive and inclusive approach to ministry. The
church's encouragement in these ventures is evident through active participation and financial support,
reinforcing the importance of these activities for kingdom building.

Encouragement from the Church Community

The role of the church community in enhancing ministry work cannot be overstated. The
encouragement and support received from members act both as validation and motivation. The church
facilitates this by:

(A) Feedback and Engagement: Regular feedback from members on deliverance and teaching sessions
helps refine and improve ministry methods, ensuring they meet the congregation’s spiritual needs.

(B) Support Networks: Establishing support networks among church members fosters a spirit of
collaboration and mutual encouragement in pursuing ministry objectives.

(C) Testimonies and Success Stories: Sharing stories of transformation and deliverance serves as a
powerful reminder of the impact of the ministry, inspiring further dedication and effort.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the ministry of deliverance and teaching stands as a testament to how passion, talent, and
experience are effectively utilized in building God’s Kingdom. The encouragement from the church
community acts as a catalyst, inspiring ongoing growth and dedication to the divine calling. Through
continued reliance on God and active collaboration with the church community, the mission of
spreading the gospel and nurturing believers in their faith can continue to flourish, bringing glory to God
and expanding His Kingdom on earth.
