       Discussion on WHS training needs.

       Manual Handling Training: Scheduled for 20 January 2025. This will focus on proper lifting
        techniques to prevent injuries.
       Chemical Safety Training: Scheduled for 25 January 2025. This will cover safe handling and
        storage of cleaning products.
       Emergency Procedures Training: Scheduled for 30 January 2025. This will include fire
        evacuation and first aid procedures.
Future Training:
       Coaching and Mentoring: Senior staff will mentor new employees on safe work practices.
       Formal Training Programs: Regular refresher courses on WHS topics will be conducted
        every 6 months.
