qualify for this pass staff must provide a criminal record check basic disclosure certificate (or overseas
criminal record certificate) which does not carry any disqualifying offences. Employment may be conditional
on a satisfactory result of such a check.

The pre-employment history of individuals undergoing either a standard or enhanced background check shall be
examined by Swissport GB Limited to ensure that there are no unexplained gaps of greater than 28 days. Where a
gap of greater than 28 days is identified in the previous 5 years, the applicant shall be required to provide an
explanation of that gap that in turn does not give rise to any concern that the individual may commit an act of
unlawful interference. Unexplained gaps shall mean the person cannot be considered by the regulated entity as
suitable for Implementing an aviation security role.

Background Checking Consent:


By signing below, I authorise Swissport GB Limited to approach individuals and the organisations listed below in
order to verify my activities and whereabouts for the purposes of a background checking process.

and personal referees for verification of the information.
• I understand that false or inaccurate information may disqualify me from employment or make me liable to
summary dismissal (and in appropriate cases, criminal charges).
• I accept that in the case of persons to be deployed on an activity listed under Schedule 11-3 of the UK
NCASP, the CAA or its agents will carry out a CTC and that deployment on any such activities is conditional
on the satisfactory result of such check.
