              criminal record certificate) which does not carry any disqualifying offences. Employment may be conditional
              on a satisfactory result of such a check.

The pre-employment history of individuals undergoing either a standard or enhanced background check shall be
examined by Swissport GB Limited to ensure that there are no unexplained gaps of greater than 28 days. Where a
gap of greater than 28 days is identified in the previous 5 years, the applicant shall be required to provide an
explanation of that gap that in turn does not give rise to any concern that the individual may commit an act of
unlawful interference. Unexplained gaps shall mean the person cannot be considered by the regulated entity as
suitable for Implementing an aviation security role.
