PROJECT: “CIW – TRUCK CABIN (AL-BOSS SLEEPER CABIN)”.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: This is one of the Ashok Leyland defence team projects. Project scope is
conversion of Boss Day cabin to sleeper cabin with defence cab requirements.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1.Contributed to all the concept creation and development of the products for the below.
(ROOF&FLOOR ASSY, FRP-FENDER&FOOTSTEP ASSY, EXTERNAL BULL BAR ASSY, ROOF LINEAR&FLOOR
CARPET, GRAB HANDLE&BERTH ASSY).
2.Designed rear floor assembly(add new rear panel with new cross member)
3.Designed rear roof assembly(extended rear roof panel and roof bow with roof hatch Assy and new
emboss patterns)
4.Designed and modified the exit fender and footstep Assy for new sleeper cabin.
5.Worked with proto build team and supplier to create solution for their needs and issues(water
entry, process and assembly issues, stamping and CAE issues)

PROJECT: “BIW- (UNDERBODY & UPPERBODY) -ALPINE D”.


SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: It’s a sport car that upper and under body developed by aluminium
stamping and casting.
Development of 3 car lines (DR110, ER110 & DR111) Body structure Ensuring compliance with
quality, cost, timeline , & weight targets.
Project handover from Alpine to Segula France is at VPC milestone.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1. Worked on assembly feasibility and stack up study for rivet joins in both upper & under body
(DR110, ER110)
PROJECT: “ELECTRICAL VEHICLES BENCHMARKING (REVERSE ENGINEERING AND RE-MASTERING)
(FORD DODGE RAM1500, TESLA)”.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: It’s a digitalize benchmarking project of caresoft global.ltd
Project scope is creation of benchmark data likes teardown and BOM generation, critical section
preparation, raw material analysis, assembly sequence& process mapping, sealant adhesive details,
welding information, thickness map, mounting philosophy and reverse engineering to cad data.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1. Handled all the core activities of digitalize benchmarking in the both projects.
2. Handled design and reverse engineered of BIW cad data from scan data.
3. Involved in BOM preparation from tear down and creation of master section from scan file.

PROJECT: “UPPERBODY – ROOF (FIAT- Maserati)”.


SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Supporting for complete design activities to fiat France team. Project scope
is facelift of FIAT- Maserati.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1. Design and developed roof and roof bow structure for new style data and section details.
2. Handled the engineering change management for upper body from TGA to PSW Milestone.
3. Handled the stamping, CAE, styling feedbacks and gave proper output to the client.

PROJECT: “BIW-UNDERBODY (CENTRAL UNIT)”.


SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: This is Upstream project I handle entire central unit digitalize phase from R0
milestone to TGA with 2 team members. Project scope is optimizing the weight, cost, load
distributions and improved the structure stability for better crash test.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1. Designed split floor panel of central unit from dash panel to kickup wall, redesigned end to end
bead pattern, reduced die force and reduce thickness from the existing design.
2. Developed new concept for tunnel cross member and reinforcement for frontal crash
requirements.
3. Redesigned and developed a concept for entire seat mounting cross member and reinforcements,
sill reinforcements, floor and under floor reinforcements.
4. Involved in bench mark study and concept section preparation for the above activities.
5. Handled all the CFT requirements, CAE feedbacks, process and supplier requirements, assembly
and weld feasibility study.

PROJECT: “BIW-UNDERBODY (IC TO EV CONVERSION)”.


SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: CONVERSION OF IC PLATFORM TO EV
PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1. contributed to the IC to EV conversion projects, master section creation for battery packaging and
mounting points.
2. Rear long member study for suspension and chassis mounting.
3. Study and prepared the benchmark data for rear bumper beam.
PROJECT: “BIW-UNDERBODY (CENTRAL & RAER UNIT)”-XDD.
