In accepting this Bill of Lading the Merchant accepts and agrees that the receipt, custody,
carriage and delivery of the goods is subject to all the terms and conditions set forth and incorporated
by reference on this side and reverse hereof, whether written, stamped or printed.
The Ocean Carrier has signed the above mentioned number of originals of this Bill of Lading
all of the same tenor and date, one of which being accomplished, the others to be void.
