G: Yes, it’s far away but I’m very excited.

B: Sunday wasn’t such a good day. I fell in the mud and hurt my back.
W: Oh, no! Is it better now?
B: It’s ok. It still hurts a bit.
Narrator: Can you see the line from the word Sunday? On Sunday, Adam fell in the mud and hurt his back. Now you listen and
draw lines.

B: We had band practice last week.
W: What’s your band called?
B:We’re called “The Brown Family”.
W: And when does your band practice?
B: We practice on Wednesday.

W: What happened on Saturday?
B: I went to play basketball with my cousin. Then I jumped and hurt my ankle.
W: Oh, no! Do you feel better now?
B: It’s ok now. Thanks.

W: And what happened to you on Monday?
B: I went to go camping with my family. I ran and then I hit a tree and hurt my elbow.
W: Oh, no! Are you ok, now?
B: Yes, it’s better now, thank you.

B: And I went to the amusement park last Friday.
W: Last Friday? How was it?
B: It was great. I love amusement parks. Roller coasters are so much fun.

M: He’s a security guard at a supermarket.

M: Oh, she works at a hotel. She’s a receptionist.
W: A hotel?
M: Yes, that’s right.

B: Hmm, I don’t know.
W: What do you like?
B: I like animals, and being outdoors.
W: I think you would want to be a farmer.
B: Yes, I do. I want to be a farmer.

W: Hey, Toby.
B: Hello.
W: What’s your dream job?
B: I want to be a dentist.
W: Why a dentist?
B: Because I want to make lots of money and dentists get paid very well.

Narrator: What’s Lisa going to do?
W: Hello, Lisa.
G: Hello.
W: What do you want to be when you grow up?
G: I want to be a basketball player.
W: Wow, that’s cool.
G: Yes, I am going to play basketball now. Bye.
W: Goodbye, have fun.
