How to download application form?

August 2022

Overview:
This document covers the steps to follow for ‘Downloading signed application
form’ in Veristar Equipment.

Steps:
1. Access Veristar Equipment on any compatible internet browser.
Link: https://veristar-equipment.bureauveritas.com/#/login

2. Click on ‘Log In’ after entering your user name and password.

3. Click on ‘Your Requests’ on your dashboard to see all your Company
requests

4. Filter requests with status = ‘Validated’ OR ‘Completed’ to see requests


which has signed application form available for download.
Click on ‘Apply Filter’ to see the filtered requests.

5. Click on ‘See details’ of the request for which you want to download the
application form.

6. Request details will be displayed with ‘Preview Form’ OR ‘Download App.


Form’ button based upon request type.
Click on ‘Preview Form’ OR ‘Download App. Form’ to download a copy of
digitally signed application on your local computer.

7. Application form (in PDF format) will be downloaded and saved in
‘Downloads’ folder of your computer.

8. Additionally signed application form can also be downloaded when request


is signed and validated successfully.
