Your Virtual Library Card

Your Virtual Library Card can be printed or scanned from your mobile device to access all of
our library services, including our online resources. We recommend you print or screenshot
your Virtual Library Card. For the best results, we recommend printing it at the highest quality
or DPI setting on your printer.

Please visit your nearest library branch with your card number to receive a physical library
card.

Proof of identification must be provided within 60 days of registration at your nearest branch
or by sending it to our email at webmaster@jclibrary.org. Failure to do so will result in your
card expiring and you will no longer be able to use our digital resources. Please visit our Get a
Library Card page for more information.

Please keep your PIN handy for accessing resources that require it. Your PIN is the one you set
during the library card registration process. If you forgot your PIN, please contact the
webmaster at webmaster@jclibrary.org
