MOVE FUNCTION IN GONOW


When is the MOVE Function is used?
To move a passenger from one flight to another in cases where a passenger has missed their flight, or their flight has been

disrupted. E.G. Cancelled or delayed more than two hours.




MOVE function moves passengers by reservation not by name.


Divide in Skyspeed/GoNow first if necessary.
The MOVE function allows to move passengers from confirmed to standby, however you can’t MOVE from standby to confirmed.
MOVE is 20 days forward and 10 days back during disruptions.
What must I do before I MOVE passenger?
First, you must check availability on the flight you wish to move the passenger to.


If the flight is booked to capacity, you can MOVE passenger on HL status.


If the passenger missed their flight due to no fault of Ryanair, the passenger must return to the ticket desk within one hour of
departure time and pay Missed Departure fee (MDF) via GoNow/ Skyspeed. All SSR’s booked are transferred to new flight.
If the passenger’s original flight has been disrupted, MOVE is free of charge.


Ensure both original and new flights are open in the system. Close flight when finished.
How do I MOVE a passenger in GoNow?
MOVE can be found in check in and departure mode with Ctrl +ALT+ M or Menu-Reservations-Move option.


The below prompt will display. Press OK.

On the Move to page, click Search and find the flight you wish to move the passenger to by date and route.

It will then display all flights to your chosen route for the date selected.

It will display the information of the flight including the flight number, date, route, departure and arrival time, tickets available,

fare class and duration of flight.

On this page the agents also have the option to change status to confirmed or standby.


Choose the flight you wish to move the passenger to and press Next
The finalize page will show a summary of ‘move from’, ‘move to’ and passengers.

Agent must ensure they check all information is correct before clicking Move

** Agents must enter detailed comments in GoNow of any changes made **
