MUTATION CHECK LIST :-

1. Request Letter by Original Allottee to Maintenance Agency with a copy marked


to the Company for official records to be duly signed by original applicant (format
attached)

2. Indemnity Bond cum Undertaking by New Allottee on Non-judicial stamp paper


of Rs.100/- in favour of Maintenance Agency duly notarized & signed on all
pages including the stamp paper (Format attached)

3. RWA Application to be signed by the New Allottee. (Application Attached)

4. Customer data Form duly filled in and signed by the new owner. (Format
attached)

5. A copy of Original Conveyance Deed duly notarized. (please carry the Original
Deed for Verification)

6. A copy of Sale Deed duly notarized. (Please carry the Original Deed for
Verification).

7. Maintenance NOC (to be obtained from the Maintenance Agency)

8. ID Proofs of New Allottee i.e. Self-attested copy of PAN Card & AADHAR card.

9. 2 Photographs of the new owner.

10. Administrative Charges of Rs. 59,000/- (50,000/- + 18% GST) by way of


Demand Draft/ RTGS.

11.A Cheque of Rs. 100/- in favour of “M3M ………………. Condominium


Owners’ Association”.

12. In case Bank loan in property required loan Closer Letter, TPA & PTM.

FOR COMPANY

In addition to the above (in case the Original allottee / New buyer is a Company), the
following are required:

1. Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association of company


– duly signed and sealed by the Company’s Director/ Company Secretary.

2. List of Directors (Form No. 32 in case of change of Directors from the ones
mentioned in the Articles of Association)

3. Proof of registered office address.

4. The Certified copy of the Board Resolution passed by the company in favour of
the authorised signatory.

5. Extract of the Board Resolution validating the transfer and authorizing a director/
representative to act for and on behalf of the Company,

6. PAN Card of Company and of the authorized person (PAN card).

FOR Partnership Firm:

1. Proof of registration , Partnership Deed & list of partners

2. Authority letter from all the partners authorizing one of them to sign on behalf of
the partnership firm

3. Pan card of partnership firm

4. ID Proof (Pan & aadhar) of Signature Verification of the authorized person

For HUF

5. List of coparceners

6. Consent /request for transfer of property from all coparceners

7. Authorization letter by all coparceners in favor of Karta for execution of transfer


documents.

8. Pan card & address proof of HUF

9. ID Proof (Pan & aadhar) of Signature Verification of the authorized person
