## TRENDLINES
- Uptrend: Connect at least two higher lows
- Downtrend: Connect at least two lower highs
- Channels: Parallel lines connecting highs and lows

## TRADING STRATEGIES

### Trend Following


- Entry: When price crosses above/below moving average
- Stop Loss: Below recent swing low (for longs) or above recent swing high (for
shorts)
- Take Profit: Use trailing stop or technical targets

### Range Trading


- Entry: Buy near support, sell near resistance
- Stop Loss: Below support (for longs) or above resistance (for shorts)
- Take Profit: At opposing range boundary

### Breakout Trading


- Entry: When price breaks above resistance or below support with volume
confirmation
- Stop Loss: Place just inside the broken level
- Take Profit: Measure the range and project from breakout point

## RISK MANAGEMENT RULES


- Never risk more than 1-2% of account on a single trade
- Use proper position sizing
- Always use stop losses
- Maintain positive risk-reward ratios (minimum 1:2)
