MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON THE CRAFTING OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN


Date: November 10, 2023

Time: 8 AM – 4 PM

Venue: Grade 4 – Camia Classroom, DAPDAP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

A. Call to Order
At the SBM Hub, the school head, Ma’am Fe Y. Apolonio, instructed the host to start with the
program proper at 8:00 AM.

B. Meeting Proper
The program commenced with an opening prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem.

The SIP committee and stakeholders were there to witness the presentation and proposals of the
Project Plans for the school year, analyze the proposed changes, include community feedback the
publicly discuss the pros and cons of each plan. The purpose is to be able to help the committee
and community familiarized with all the changes and features, share comments and concerns, and
in turn help the team to integrate feedback for the proposed plans.
The school head and the school planning team rated the most priority areas to be improved in
school.

The program was adjourned at exactly 4 PM with same attendees.

A. Opening Program
The meeting was commenced at exactly 8 AM at the SBM hub. It was formally opened with a
prayer. The activity was presented by the school head Ma’am Fe Y. Apolonio.
B. Meeting Proper
The School Planning Team headed by Ma’am Fe Y. Apolonio facilitated the activity on crafting of
Annual Improvement Plan for the School Year 2023 – 2024. Prior to this, she acknowledged the
stakeholders for their continued efforts and support for promoting good education.

Relative to this, she introduced the school planning team and the school project team.

The school head also discussed proposed priority school projects and activities relative to the
learning continuity plan.

The program was adjourned at exactly 4 PM with same attendees.
