@ I need to check statement of account


@ There is no question of paying INTEREST amount as the project has been delayed considerably. You have taken more than 7 years to hand over. That also
only 1st phase is ready. I think will take another two years for completion in totality including completion of commercial block. I am really surprised
how you can think of charging interest??
@ Input tax credit- You have claimed huge input tax credit from Government. How about passing a portion of it to end users? In fact you did in in your
Bengaluru project. Then why not for Adora de Goa? Pl work out the same and give credit to me
@ Delayed Compensation- There is a huge delay in handing over. That also project not completed in totality. Completion in totality may take another two
years. Its direct loss to me by way of rental loss. Pl compensate for the same. RERA also says that delay penalty is to be paid by builder
@ Advance maintenance charges details are required. This is for how many months?
@ Legal charges are very much on higher side. Pl review
@ At the time of booking, we were not told about Infra charges. Such a huge amount??
